I get the feeling that the 59 Pikachu limit that PokeMama posted earlier will be broken quite easily......
 
I hope so. Every time Ive gone to Rockford, the players almost meet us at the door with more than we can imagine. It would be really cool if someday, she could get recognized for all of her efforts in collecting her Pikas. Mama does a great job with that. And every time PUI folks see how much the collection has grown, their jaws are on the floor. I hope that they will eventually put up pics or something.

Cant wait for Saturday. Probably gonna be one of, if not the BIGGEST BR of them all!!!:thumb:
 
Sorry I will miss ya all, but I have actually played a pokemon a few times this week. Jason wants go, but I am not sure he will be able to get there. (He has Soccer at 9AM to complicate things even more, and I will be taking a train to Detroit..)

And Troy, I'm sure Danielle will get PLENTY of Pikas on Saturday for her MASSIVE collection. Bullados alone is breaking records! Everyone combined... well, could be astonishing! Hey, maybe I'll give away a few packs to whoever guesses the closest number of Pikas and Chanseys! I have a hunch poor Dev's Chanseys will be waaaaaay behind Danielle's Pikas.... but that's ok! Maybe someday they'll put Chanseys in POP packs too!

Anyway, gonna be a great time everyone! And Troy, we'll do our best to make it a fun day for Danielle to celebrate her birthday!
 
I'll show up too if I can find a place to stay for the night. Won't be able to play though (getting a hair cut before I show, so I probably won't be there on time.) Will there be SSBM?
 
if there is I will dominate all of you guys in that game. Maybe the next Rockford Tournament, we'll have a Super Smash Brothers Brawl tournament instead :cool:
 
If we had a Naruto Clash of Ninja 2 Tournament, I'd Uber PWN! But I know we won't, so why bother............I wish I could bring it just to show off my pwnage on there........lol

Chanseys are a lot harder to get than Pikas. Most Pikas being common, makes them worth less individually, but together in the numbers Danielle has, WOOHOO! Well, one more day! Cant wait. Its sooooooo much fun in Rockford. Too bad the rest of the world cant experience it.:thumb:
 
I'll be there in less than 11 hours. Let's see Rockford break all the records (as well as the Women's Club)

Was a great tourney everyone! Hope you all had a blast! Seemed like everyone sure was! We ended up with about 70 total I believe, some latecomers due to soccer etc, but everything went well.

congrats to the woods for doing so well in this tournament. Chris went 5-0 then lost to ricky in the semis in his fisrt ever master premier tournament, great start buddy. Angela won her first senior's premier tournament.

once again great tournament by Camille and the gang. Very well ran, it had no delays, good judging, and all the good stuff that comes from the Rockford tournaments. Wow we hit 70 again with a few people not going, Ballards, Downs, Celios, Vernolas, and a few others. Rockford rocked!!!

As for myself, I went 3-2 with Torterra/Celebi, I'm not playing that again if anyone cared.
 
Yes it was a lot of fun! And I'd like to say a big thanks to all my awesome Judges, Devin, Keny and Ryan! You guys are great!!

Also a big prop to Yoshi for running the DS games over to Toys R Us for the Manaphy event! That was really very nice of you and the players really appreciated you doing that for them!

Another big prop to the McCoys for bringing me a 'Beautifly' cheesecake! How very thoughtful! (and delicious too!) I'll post a pic of it when I post up the other pics. Might not be able to tomorrow as it's my 29th wedding anniversary, but I'll try to get them up Monday! We got some terrific pics and videos too.

And a hug to Troy too for the treat you brought me! (must be my day for getting delicious treats!) Hope Danielle had a great birthday celebration (we set her up with her own birthday table and all her players came to her)

Oh and the Chansey's Chance Raffle and the Pika's Packs Raffles both went wonderful!! There were 101 Chansey Raffle tickets given and 515 Pika ones!! Wow!

Also had some beautiful entries to the Art contest that I'll post in a bit too :)

uhg i went 3-0 then i had to play chuck and jason which where both good games, but i lost them both late....i like my deck and i think i coulda won both of those games if i made some better judgement calls earlier in the game but hey it happens, i think i did good for a first masters tourny losing to argubly (sp) 2of the best people in the world imo:thumb: :thumb:
