I'm coming back to Pokemon after taking a break and this is the deck that I want to try out. I don't have all the cards for this yet and it is just an experimental list. I haven't made a Pokemon deck in awhile so it might not be up to par. That's where you guys come in. I have looked at a few other Sableye lists to get some ideas but I'm trying my best not to netdeck.

Pokemon -19
2-2 Garchomp C. Lv.X
1-1 Honchkrow SV
4 Sableye SF
2 Uxie LA
2 Crobat G
1 Honchkrow G
1 Azelf LA
1 Chatot G
1 Ambipom G
1 Unown Q

T/S/S/ - 29
4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
4 PokeTurn
4 Power Spray
3 Energy Gain
2 Pokemon Collector
2 SP Radar
2 Cyrus's Initiative
2 Judge
2 Bebe's Search
2 Energy Exchanger
1 Aaron's Collection
1 Palmer's Contribution

Energy - 12
4 Special Darkness Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
3 Basic Dark
1 Psychic

Strategy: Try to get a turn 1 donk with Sableye + Special Darkness energy or Ambipom G. If that's not possible go for an early Judge to knock your opponent down to 4 cards in their hand. Honchkrow G and Garchomp C. Lv X snipe their Pokemon with the help of Crobat G to help get KOs.

I suggest
-1 Giratina, since the retreat cost too high and you can only use the power once,
a single bright look will give you trouble.
+1 Uxie X for the revenge kills and extra draw power

Also consider putting in 1 unown Q, hope that helps.

Do this but Unown Q instead of Uxie X. Uxie X isn't that necessary in Sableye lock.

I will go for the Unown Q for now just because I'm sure that an Unown Q will be easier to get than an Uxie Lv.X. I would like to test out Uxie Lv.X eventually, though.

Someone on another site suggested that I get rid of a Power Spray and add another Energy Exchanger. It sounds like a good fix but at the same time I thought that 4 Power Spray was a staple?

Powerspray > Energy Exchange. But it is a good card, drop Bronzong G for it, Bronzong doesn't help this deck like it does Luxchomp.

I think Giratina is necessary, once it's searchble by COLLECTOR/BEBE'S... Judge is serachble but you can't use the same turn once impersonate will be used for INITIATIVE. Just a suggestion ;)
Good luck

In my experience playing Sablelock, Powerspray really isn't as needed as you'd think. Use it for an Uxie and use it for Gengar LvX, but if you don't kill something that's giving you problems, having another powerspray doesn't help much.

I took out Bronzong G for an Energy Exchanger.

As for the Mewtwo counter I was thinking of adding in Dialga G Lv.X to turn off Mewtwo's body and to help against upcoming Vileplume decks. Could that work? I also thought about Honchkrow SV... I'm not sure which would be better.

i play honchkrow SV in my sablelock deck too.
trust me, it really works against a lot of decks.

and you can attack with honchkrow, dialga just takes space.

it helped me against: SP,machamp, gengar, donphan, mewtwo.

i don't know what you could take out, i don't actually play honchkrow G but some prefer him

How does it counter Machamp? By not being a basic that can be "Take Out"'d?

Would a 1-1 line of Honchkrow SV be enough or would I need 2-2? If 1-1 I can probably take out 1 Honchkrow G and something else...

it does not really counter, but does a massive damage if played right, and take out does only 20(always good).
i play 1-1 but it's just how you liké it.
1-1 has a chance that murkrow gets killed and that's that.
with 2-2 you can at least try again
i should try 1-1 first (for maybe 1 honchkrow 1 crobat)
if that doesn't work, try 2-1 or 2-2

how i use him: special dark, DCE and expert belt :thumb:

Well, you made a lot of changes to your deck that I wish I could have made to mine, but you don't have Honchkrow, which I would recommend. Dragon Rush is awesome, but if it's the only method you have of really doing damage, it's hard to pull six prizes easily.

I only play 2 Bat and no chatot. Chatot is a cool guy though. I also have a Promocroak in my list, which is handy for returning damage on KOs and all.

Have you considered Pokemon Communication? It's handy to be able to snag a Uxie or Azelf with it now and again.

@cyrus5: Alright I'll do that. Thanks for the advice!

@Kayle: I looked up Pokemon Communication and it sounds exactly like Bebe's except that it's a Trainer. I might fiddle around with it but I'm worried that Vileplume/Spiritomb will mess it up.

Now that I look at my updated list I notice a single, random Psychic energy... lol. Should I keep it in just for the off-chance that I would ever attack with Crobat or should I remove it? I'm leaning towards removing it...

Having that lone Psychic energy can be useful especially when faced against Dialga GX. Force them to use their Warp Point or Warp Energy and if you catch them at the right time when they would have to use Garchomp CX to heal, you should have a Power Spray ready to respond.

You can always tech in a promocroak to make more use of that
psychic energy and counter against luxray

Thanks for the idea I will try to fit a Promocroak in here somewhere. I also want to experiment with Dragonite FB. With Claydol and Roseanne's gone there might not be many non-SP decks out there and if i go up against mostly SP then Dragonite FB > Ambipom G.

NOOOO!! PLAY AMBIPOM. My deck's 19-1 right now and it won me at LEAST 4.
