We'll miss you Cason!

Cason: I can't believe you're gone!

He was so very handsome, so kind, so polite, soft spoken, and an awesome Pokemon card player! I always enjoyed battling him even though he always won!

My first memory of Cason was at Oregon States. He was wearing his OR-EE-GON hat. Then he aged up and I faced him in many events: NW Regionals, OR states, many city championships, and Battle Road events. It was always a pleasure to talk with him.

Here are some photos I have of Cason.

I hear his funeral is this coming Sunday, and I believe his family has asked for no flowers or cards. They will be making a scholarship fund in his name. More details as I know them.

Cason: you touched many lives. :thumb:

I am so sorry for the Terjeson family's great loss. It sounds like Cason has many friends here at the pokegym to keep his memory alive. To Cason's family, know that your pokemon family is keeping you in our prayers in this sad and difficult time.

Cason was a great friend to my son and I. He was my League helper and knew the game better than anyone I knew. He never hesitated to teach a new player or contribute help to anyone that needed it. He was the brightest, most polite, always wore a smile, all around great young man. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Here is a picture I had of Cason at the TRR prerelease tournament. Wearing his great smile for all of us to see what a great heart he had.

A propsition for a memorium

Carson is in our thoughts and prayers. Any idea on how to dedicate him at the World Championship this year?

Cason played somesort of Machamp deck most of the time, (at least from the time that I first met him)
and I know that he played Mario durring Battle Roads and took a tittle with it. I think that a small way that the Pokemon community could memorialize him would to rename the Lucario/Machamp deck
Cason.dec in his honor.

That is just an idea I had to remember his time in Pokemon TCG.

Cason...

I've only battled him once or twice in the many Oregon/Washington events we were together. I only wish I got to know him better. R.I.P.
