Shadow Pokemon contest

What Luke here is trying to say is.After using that attack every time your turn begins you may put 2 damage ocunters on the defending pokemon or discard the top card of your opponent's deck.This power stops working when ether Shadow Porygon or that pokemon(Defending) is knocked out.If that pokemon goes to the beench instead of puting 2 damage counters on the defending pokemon put 2 damage counters on that pokemon that went to the bench.

Okay, I've turned the attacks into a counter-based attack for clarity.

Thanks: I tried to balance it out a little, and I think it could make a very good card. I think it's not rigged any more. I even tried to create creative attack names as well!

Shadow Porygon's {d} type allows for a boost in attack power for its second attack. Also, I think it's pretty cool! :)
I know about Shadow Rush, but should 1 of its other attacks put it into Hyperdrive under any circumstances? For being fair?
BTW, sorry for the double post.

Shadow Mewtwo
80HP
(p) type
(p) Psyshock 10 Flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon is now paralized. {1 turn}
(p)(c) Recover You may either discard 1 (p) energy from shadow Mewtwo or set the purification process back 2 turns (If shadow mewtwo had 3 turns, it now has 1 turn). Either way, remove all damage counters from shadow mewtwo. {2 turns}
(p)(p)(p)(p)(c) Psyreverse 140 Choose one of your opponent's shadow pokemon, if there are any. Shadow Mewtwo and the chosen shadow pokemon now have 0 turns (just as if they were just played). Then, place both pokemon in hyper mode. {6 turns}
Weakness (d)
resistance
retreat cost (c)(c)

I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll take a stab at it anyways.

Shadow Scyther aka Satsujin-ken
70 HP
Basic Pokemon
Type: Grass
Weakness: Fire types
Resistance: FIghtingTypes
Retreat Cost: 0

Meditation: (G)(G): Draw a card and flip a coin three times to remove up to that many damage counters from shadow Scyther.

Battou Jutsu: (G)(G): You may only use Shadow Slash if Shadow rush was used the previous turn.
This attack does 20 + the number or damage tokens on the opposing pokemon.(2 turns)

Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki: (G)(G)(G)(G)(G): This attack does 80 damage. Remove 2 energy from Shadow Scyther and
the opposing Pokemon.(6 turns)

Okay, I'll try this instead:

Shadow Porygon {C}{D} Basic 90 HP
weakness: fighting
resistance: psychic
retreat: {c}{c}{c}
This Pokémon is both {C}{D} type.

{c} - Infect (2 turns) - Place 2 damage counters on the Defending Pokémon, then switch the Defending Pokémon with one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. The new Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.

{c}{c} - Quality over Quantity (2 turns) - 30 - Discard 1 card from your hand or this attack does nothing (not even damage). Search to your deck for 2 cards and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

{c}{c}{c} - Fury Wave (4 turns) - At the beginning of your next turn, you may either put 1 damage counter on all Pokémon for each Energy on them or discard the top card of your opponent's deck for each Energy on your opponent's Pokémon.

Well, if it is, I'm sorry, but I finally found a way to properly phrase what I wanted to say.
