I already have 1 Uxie and 2 Snorlax from 1 day...

My league leader is giving out Snorlax first then Uxie, then Snorlax since it's obvious no one will want the Snorlax.
Almost done with my TCG side and I wish the Snorlax was playable....

You're supposed to get 1 of each per pokeball stamp filled. I'd talk some sense into that dude who runs your league, or report him to POP.

Even if it were intentional, I'm not sure reporting it would amount to anything as it is ultimately the league leader's discretion as to how and if prizes are awarded. If he has players trying to play nothing but sudden death games or scooping to each other he can refuse to award points, and thereby prizes. He may also be going about it the way he is because you guys accumulate so many points at your league and he wants to make sure you show up every week.

The main things are that you are allowed to earn points until you earn all 4 of each promo and that you aren't forced to play both the TCG and the Video Game in order to do so. I'm sure he had nothing malicious at heart, but you should ask him why he is awarding prizes in that way instead of in the prescribed manner.
