Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Spiderman 3 (Possible Spoilers)

Personally I think that this last one is the worst one of the whole series. I cannot believe that Sam Raimi took such a weird direction with peter parkers inner struggle against the suit. I don't think parker needed to change outfits and and his hair to make him look darker....he needed to actually act more aggressive and angry. Toby apparently had a hard time with that, so I think they could have worked on that more. Also the whole venom thing was okay, not perfect. I think the could have changed Topher's voice while he was in the venom outfit to make him sound more masculine and weak. The growling noises were okay, but I just wish they changed it so he would sound different when he talked...
The dance scene and the walking down the street action were totally unnecessary for the whole movie...you did not need that to protray the whole situation. I think Sam could have taken a different direction with the storyline, because that was horrible to watch...I put my head down in embarrassment, not just for Toby but for the whole spiderman franchise. Some of the dialogue was also disappointing to hear and very corny. I thought the 2nd movie was average this one just barely makes the cut....the only think worth watching was the action sequences and thats pretty much it.

Also whats the deal with Harry getting hit 20 million times in the head....jeez, I think everyone got a chance to hit him in the melon at least a couple of times....that just became a pure joke to me....

I heard that it was terrible from everybody who went and saw it opening day. The papers have been giving it bad press, as well...

I'm still going to see it, though. I mean, it's Spiderman. >_>

Hate to divert the topic, but if you think spiderman will be bad like some have said, then go see Hot Fuzz. I saw it last night, and I plan on seeing it at least one more time, and I must say that it was one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Trust me, you'll like it.

Yeah I mean if you have not seen it yet and really want to, its okay to go, its disappointing but there are some good moments, so I say if you cant wait for the DVD, then go see it once.
Also I hate british humor, I dont get it most of the time, so I'd rather not see hot fuzz, because it looks retarded and I saw shawn of the dead and I can just say that I wish I was watching something else. The actors are stupid....frankly I would rather go see spiderman 3 than this....lol

Umm if Venom is dead, he can't reproduce into Carnage...also that sample at Doc Conner's isn't Venom, it's the symbiote, and that's different...

Btw, I think this movie kicked major *** and I don't understand why everybody didn't like it

If you were a hardcore spiderman comic book fan, you would understand....I realize that for time length reasons that the storylines can't always be exactly like the ones in the comics, but I'm talking about the protrayal of peter's struggle with the symbiote that was essential to the movie leading up to venom....a total disappointment....but the action sequences were good and I am very satisfied with how those turned out.

quite possibly my most favorite movie of all time. saw it twice already.

harry by far was the greater goblin. a flying snowboard? frikkin awesome.
i never read the comics, but i did enough reading on wikipedia to know how things went on in there. to be honest, i'm happy with the direction they went with for the spidey trilogy. come on--you didn't HONESTLY want what happened in the comics to happen in the movie the exact same way, right? think of the movies as a sort of "rebirth" of the whole franchise, because thats what it kinda is.

the inclusion of dr. conners still having part of the symbiote left the possible door open for the spidey 4 story. they've teased us long enough by including dr. conners in the second and third movies--lets see the lizard and carnage in the fourth. :) perhaps even kraven the hunter?

oh, and harry is definately dead--you saw the funeral. and i can't imagine them bringing back venom. just bring on carnage.

Don't insult me. I'm a huge fan of the comics and cartoons, and the way "Black Spidey" was done was fairly close to how he was done in the cartoons. I wonder if Stacy will turn out to be Black Cat since Felicia hasn't been introduced yet, and probably never will.

you probably mean the black cat. catwoman is part of DC comics.
that'd be interesting--gwen stacy as the black cat.
however, in the video game spider-man 2, betty brant from the daily bugle was the black cat. perhaps it could be her who becomes the black cat?

haha I just fixed that message, whoops =P

and the videogames don't mean anything... all the extra people put in there are just to make the gave have more than 1 boss (or 3 in this case...)

Catwoman...thats something a true comic book fan wouldn't say....lol...im not trying to insult you, im just saying the majority of spidey fans wouldn't be very supportive of this movie...its decent at best...

yeah ok I said the name of a character who hasn't appeared in years incorrectly, oops.

and must fans are NOT dissapointed, all of the ones I talked to loved the film, just cuz you I hate the thought of venom dying doesn't mean the movie in itself isn't the best thing ever

Okay just because she hasn't "been around", doesn't mean a loyal comic book fan would essentially forget who the character really is. SHE'S FREAKIN BLACK CAT!!! SHE'S ONE OF THE GREATEST FEMALE CHARACTERS WITHIN THE SPIDEY FRANCHISE!!! Ask spidey fan to mention their top 3 females in spidey history and black cat would be on the majority of the people's list.

And im not upset about Venom dying, thats not important, because there are always possibilities in bringing him back, one way or another....Im talking about the directional point of the story line, it does not work as well as it should...I'm just saying Sam Raimi could have done better.

I dunno guys, this movie was cool and all, but it could've used more SANDMAN. Flint Marko is an iconic Marvel character and he only got like 90 minutes of screen time. :(

Also, can someone explain what was going on with the black monster thing at the end? I never got a very good look at him and he didn't say his name.
