This is like logically speaking 95% certain:

QCP/Emerald Tin/Others throw in = EX Emerald
"GS, SS" = EX Whatever (Released in August)

There's no reason for us to be "suddenly" caught up with Japan when the QCP was "sort of" a set by its own right.

Golden Sky Silvery Sea is the japanese name of the set. And I assume that the contents of this set, together with the various promos such as Speed Deoxys(ex), Kyogre etc. will be in EX Emerald.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. :thumb: Usually I'm a bit quicker at figuring that kind of stuff out

This is maybe the real thing about... But I wonder about which cards will be trown in EX Emerald besides QCP (which are approx. 50 cards except for reprints) and the Emerald tin (new cards from there are a few). There are 11 EXs, so maybe R's Persian ex will be there? Are there any other promos that would logically be inserted in such a set? :S

Well 11 could be...... 6 QCP, Speed Deoxys ex, DR Rayquaza ex (Reprint from the tin yet unlikely), R's Persian ex... hmmmm maybe Mew ex and Celebi ex - can only dream I guess. But then again there is the new Celebi ex, maybe that will be the 10th and 11th.... I dunno.

Oh wait remember Sandstorm - Aerodactyl ex and Kabutops ex weren't printed in Japan until later so maybe they will take 1, 2 or 3 EX from Gs, Ss - like ones that aren't too important to the theme of Gs, Ss (i.e. not the starters or the possible Lugia ex and Ho-oh ex).

How can EX: Emerald be the same as Golden Sky/Silver Sea? It would make since to release an "Emerald" set in early May, coinciding with the release of the GBA Emerald game on May 1st. Thats roughly 3 months after the release of Deoxys in February. Then August we get Golden Sky-whatever, another 3 months after Emerald. Anyone see a time-pattern here? We got Rocket in November, roughly 3 months before Deoxys.

That debate is caused because there was no actual set of cards released in Japan for this "Emerald" set - Japan didn't have an Emerald set. However, I agree with you.

That's the Babelfish translation... I think Meganium's power is wrong:
ポケパワー of メガニウム ex [ グロウヒーリング ], you acquiring the hand bill palmette energy to 1 your own ポケモン, has the effect that furthermore, the ポ 1 it removes the damage counter from モ ン. If the energy card which only 1 cannot attach to your own turn, uses this power, 2 it means to be attached. It is possible to attack at speed of the extent where the partner is surprised!

Also, Granbull doesn't have P resistance °_° (yeah!)

YES! We're finally getting a Fighting type Nuo! And it looks semi-decent as well! But no resistance. Boo.

According to Worldlingo:
As for ヌオー, damage from evolution ポケモン "? 20
"ポケボディー which is done [ the ど it is it has the can ].
ワザ 20 damages are given with energy 1, 50 damages are given the
"mad shot" and, regardless of the resistivity of the partner "it is
and the わ flies and" has. It is expectation large ポケモン as a
support part of the deck!

My best guess is

As for Nuo, damage done to it by evolved Pokémon is reduced by 20.
The first attack does 20 damage for one energy.
Mad Shot does 50 damage and ignores the Defending Pokémon's Resistance.
It has good HP and is good as a support part of the deck

So that gives

Quagsire
80 HP
Stage 1 Fighting, Evolved from Wooper
Poké-Body: Dense
All damage done to Quagsire by your opponent's Evolved Pokémon is reduced by 20
C: Ram 20
FCC: Mad Shot 50
Don't apply Resistance
Weakness: Grass
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: 2

w00t! My first Japanese translation ever, and of a great card!

EDIT: Managed to translate Granbull's second attack

CCCC: Double Strike 50x
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 50 damage times the number of heads.

that was easy.

The trainer in the Meganium deck is harder to work out.

Softly only" attaching to ポケモン, you use, "ポ how the ぐ of
モ ン" is. When this card is attached, for "there is no energy which
is necessary the げ る". If also ポケモン whose many energies
are necessary to げ る, has attached this card, as for necessary
energy zero! ポケパワー of メガニウム ex [ combining with
グロウヒーリング ], replacing ポケモン steadily, the male
be completed it does the strategy which fights!

This confuses me to the point I'm going to quit trying and fanatically claim it's a Balloon Berry with different artwork.

ehm, can you say that in normal english it's a bit difficult to understand

Sure. So:

ポケパワー of メガニウム ex [ グロウヒーリング ], you acquiring the hand bill palmette energy to 1 your own ポケモン, has the effect that furthermore, the ポ 1 it removes the damage counter from モ ン. If the energy card which only 1 cannot attach to your own turn, uses this power, 2 it means to be attached. It is possible to attack at speed of the extent where the partner is surprised!

This says something like attaching extra energy to a Pokémon from hand ("If the energy card which only 1 cannot attach to your own turn, uses this power, 2 it means to be attached"), with an addictional effect of removing a damage counter from it ("has the effect that furthermore, the ポ 1 it removes the damage counter from モ ン"). So, attack is faster, surprising the opponent. ("It is possible to attack at speed of the extent where the partner is surprised!")

I suppose °_°

EDIT: Uh, "ふわふわのみ" isn't the Balloon Berry!

This is coming out in Japan in like April May whenever (who cares?) its like the next set and over here its coming out after EX Emerald.

So youre assuming that Ex: Emerald will be QCP, Emerald tin, some jpn. promos and maybe reprints of starters + gardi?
It would be cool if its true.

Now does Meganium allow you to attach another energy or does it just heal when you do attach another energy?

Is Warp, Cyclone, and Boost energy going to be remade in the set? We already have boost energy, making me think that we won't get boost energy in this set.

Elm's Training Method...well, say goodbye celio, you are useless.

Meganium ex has a power which lets you attach a Grass energy from your hand per turn and remove Special conditions. It does not take up the one energy per turn attachment. Its like TA Lanturn just with extra goodness!

The starters and Gardi is like 90% definately not true - this is just a "conspiracy theory" I made up  As for the others, that's like 90% definately true - more than just assumption. Based on the theory that we aren't instantaniously catching up with Japan.

For one, notice that the advertisement for EX Emerald does not mention Pokémon-star. Gs, Ss will probably have these in it (Lugia and Ho-oh apparently), and its quite a good selling point so if there were Shinings in EX Emerald the ad would probably say so.
