Face it, Prof. Elms Training ant' comin' back.

Soooooooo........??? Outside from the fact that it can search for pokemon ex, how is it any better than Celio's Network? I mean, doesn't it do the exact same thing, only minus the poke ex, yet plus the ability to search for basics?

...Oh yeah, back to topic! lol

Oh wow, lets give away the chance to search for EX's so we can search for basics, when every single regular trainer can do that!!111

The power of the typhlosion ex is confirmed!!!!!

[pokepower] Burst Up
Once during your turn, when you play this pokemon from your hand and evolve 1 of your pokemon,
for each of your opponent's bench pokemon, search for 1 [R] energy and attach all of them to 1 of your
FIRE-type pokemon.

So if your opponent has a full bench, you can search for 5 fire energy card and ......hehe

I wonder if Rare Candy would activate that power, if yes, I could see someone splash a 2-1-2 line of that into a fire deck. Blaziken EX anyone?

Hey Prime, yeah... Ouch...

And, that's a pretty awesome power, almost more abusable than Gator ex's power, in fact!!1 Cannot wait for any of 'em! Well, except Megainium...

*i feel so bad for Megainium... what with its 'not being a good card'ness and everything...*

first off crobat ex is an awsome grass poke that only has 20 less than most other ex and I just figure they gave up the other 20 hp to give it a free retreat cost. An ex with a free retreat cost! anyways, typlosion will own all once your opponent fills their bench. so many combos! Maybe with ninetales ex!

Q. If I use Rare Candy to evolve Feebas into Milotic, can I still take advantage of Milotic's "Healing Shower" Poke-Power at that time?
A. No. Healing Shower states "when you play Milotic from your hand to evolve..."; otherwise it would have been phrased "when Milotic comes into play from your hand..." (Jul 1, 2004 PUI Rules Team)

On the Prof. Elm's Training Topic:
That's why they made Celio's (notice they made it right after e was kicked out).

There's already a Elms Training you say? Probable something else with Prof. Elm in it. Elm's Training is just too broken for the format =/. I mean, come on! Elm's Training and Typex in the same set!!1 I don't think so. [Notice both Wally's and Candy don't activate Typ ex, but Elm's Training would.]

Meganium-ex - very Boostable

Gatr-ex - interesting but I think there will still be alot of electric running around out there for this to be really popular

Typhlosion-ex - really interesting if the power pulls from the deck and not the discard pile (it doesn't say)

see, gatr is kind of like muk or slaking but its attacks are much better. It will KO anything in 2 hits which is really good. now if we can just get a water pokemon that does some good damage to the bench.......

That Typhlosion, if the power is accurate, is pretty amazing. I don't get over-hyped about cards, but that has some serious power, even if Typhlo isn't used as a main attacker.

Well, Macargo deck is reborn, get that thing down and your set for Cargo, 5 energy and whack! And that Gatr really will change this current format.

I don't get the Typh power..... when you play it from hand you can search your deck for a Fire energy for each of your Fire benched Pokémon and attach one to each? If so that might go well with DX Rayquaza ex.

I thought it says for each of your opponent's benched pokemon, doesn't have to be fire type, not your own pokemon.

I assume this power can be used to attach energy to pokemon-ex. That means charizard-ex can be powered up in one turn? If rare candy also can activate typhex's power, you can do 200 damage with charizard ex in your first turn in you have 2 candies, 1 charmander, 1 charex, 1 cyndaquil and 1 typhex?

That would go for Tex as well.

That sounds like a good idea (w/ the DX Rex).
