The training mechanic was fun... I had a whole storyline ready, but people just lost interest... then I had a whole bunch of schoolwork, which threw a cramp into Season 3...

They lost interest because it WASNT fun, it was complicated. =/

It was an idea, and a better one then some. The problem was it made Survivor to much. It was supposed to be fun, logging in every few days rather then every day or so.

It was okay, just didn't work out all that well.

And we have our final contestant! A bit later then I wished, but it works. First challenge posted tommorow as well as you guys will be sorted into teams! (Check at noon central time then again that night, but I hope to have it up by tommorow morning.)

Alright, so after a big 4th of July and not getting home till 5 then sleeping till noon and doing a lot of things I had no power over, here's the first challenge and how it will work! Also, teams are posted in the main post.

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SENDING, IF SOMETHING ISN'T CLEAR THEN ASK!


First Challenge
Create a Card!

Very basic Create a Card, and since BT is your judge you can use a different # of mechanics. All questions regarding what you can and can't do must be sent to him. I will allow:

Basic, Stage 1, Stage 2
Pokemon ex
Pokemon *
Pokemon d
Any current mechanic in modified sets(meaning, anything from HL-HP is an allowed mechanic).

Anything else, ask BT.

Rubric:
Name-2 pts-Get it right. Spelling counts.
Stage-3 pts-Get it right. You know what stage to do.
HP-2 pts-Not too much, not too little. Make sure it is correct for the card mechanic you are using(if any).
Picture-8 pts-Give plenty of details so I can see the picture.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-30 pts-Be original, realistic, and not broken (or underbroken).
Grammar-25 pts-It's important, contrary to popular belief...Let's put it this way: Absol better not be now sleeping.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5 pts-Get it right.
Strategy/Combos-10 pts-How do I use it? Also, clear up misunderstandings.
Total-85 pts.

Anything else talk to him about it. SEND ALL ENTRIES TO ME THROUGH PM. All entries must be sent to me by 7:00 pm Central time, on 7/8/06.

Guess I should've been more clear on this....

If you have the ability to make a picture, then go ahead. But describing is fine and probably a lot easier. Do NOT make the card, just the text for it.
