First off, sorry about the spacing - Graded these in Notepad.

DukeFireBird
Houndoom d
Stage 1 - Evolves from Houndour
80 HP
This Pokemon is both [L] and [M] Type
PICTURE - A lone Houndoom perched at the Front door of the Holon Research Tower. Electricity sparks come from his
fur as you see his eyes glisten with the raw power of electricity, as he is howling at the full moon.
POKE-POWER:HOWL
Once per turn, before you attack, you may flip a coin. If Heads, your opponent switches the Defending Pokemon with
one of their benched Pokemon (You choose the Defending Pokemon to switch) You can’t use more than one Howl Poke-
Power each turn. This power can’t be used if Houndoom is affected by a Special Condition.
[L][C] - Volt Tackle - 30
[L][L][M][C] - Lightning Fang - Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed. 50
Weakness: [F]
Resistance:
Retreat Cost : [C][C]
The basic strategy for this card is that you have the chance to switch the defending pokemon before damage. Howl can
work from the bench, but is limited to 1 use, just like Quick Search, or Heal Dance. Being a DELTA type, i made it
lightning, and hence the attacks are also [L] needed ones.
Name-2/2 pts-Yeah
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-1/2 pts-Eh...I'd only give Houndoom 80 HP if his attacks and power were seriously underpowered, and your power is
definitely not.
Picture-6/8 pts-Positioning. Is he in the center? Is he on the side? I don't know.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-20/30 pts-IMO, Lightning Fang is a bit underpowered. I may have gone with 60 damage for that
cost. As for Howl, I think it should only be able to be used if houndoom is your active pokemon. It's a bit broken
otherwise. Anyways...pretty unoriginal, too.
Grammar-24/25 pts-It's once DURING YOUR turn, not once PER turn. Amazingly, that's about it.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-1/5 pts-Houndoom's (F) weakness comes from its (D) type. (D) type Pokemon are
resistant to Psychic. By giving him a (F) weakness, you SHOULD have given him a (P) resistance. Otherwise, you
should have just given him (W) weakness. As for the retreat cost, I think it could have been only one.
Strategy/Combos-6/10 pts-Very bland strategy.
Total-63/85 pts. I've seen worse.

Water Pokemon Master:
Blastoise ex - 150 HP
Stage 2 Pokemon - Evolves from Wartortle
Poke-Power: Rain Call
Once during your turn (before you attack), count the number of basic energy cards attached to each of your
opponent's Benched Pokemon. Flip a number of coins equal to the amount you counted. For each heads, search your deck
for a basic energy card and put it into your hand. This power cannot be used if Blastoise ex is affected by a
Special Condition.
(W) Drizzle - If you have any W energy cards in your hand, you may attach them to your Pokemon in any way you like.
(WCC) Hydro Purge - 50 damage - You may move up to two basic energy cards attached to Blastoise ex to your Benched
Pokemon in any way you like.
(WWCC) Shell Shock - Put 8 damage counters on the Defending Pokemon. If the Defending Pokemon's HP is reduced to 0
by this attack, put any extra damage counters on your opponent's Benched Pokemon in any way you like.
Weakness: Lightning
Resistance: None
Retreat: CCC
Use Blastoise's Power each turn, unless you are going to deck yourself. If Blastoise ex is about to get Knocked Out,
use the second attack, since you can move up to two energy to your Benched Pokemon for the next turn. Use the last
attack to inflict severe damage and attack the bench.
The picture is done by Mitsuhiro Arita. Blastoise is peaking out of the ocean with its hands up, and it is raining
all around it, with some lightning in the background. You can see half of its body underwater as a shadow.
Name-2/2 pts-Yeah
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-2/2 pts-Sure
Picture-7.5/8 pts-Positioning. Is he in the center? Is he on the side? I don't know. Although, it does seem pretty
obvious that he is in the center, and you did actually list the artist...7 1/2 out of 8.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-29/30 pts-Great originality, and it's not all that broken, either. My only issue is the insane
comboage of Rain Call and Drizzle...for a single (W), you could be attaching tons of energy...
Grammar-19/25 pts-Ouch...you got really hurt on Rain Call. First, the "equal to the amount you counted" isn't
needed. It should just be "Flip that many coins." Next...you forgot the "Shuffle your deck afterward". Also, you
didn't make the power optional using the word 'may'...it should be.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5 pts-Fine.
Strategy/Combos-9/10 pts-Good strategy, but I'm surprised you left out the Rain Call+Drizzle combo.
PENALTY: Missed deadline. -10. Not my decision, sorry.
Total-66.5/85 pts. That deadline hurt a bit.

Papi/Manny:
Briney's Wingull
Water
Basic
50 HP
Picture: Mr. Briney standing on a dock watching his Wingull flying into the sunset.
Poke-power: Call for help
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may search your deck for a supporter with Briney, Celio, Cozmo,
Stone, Oak, Elm, or Birch in its name, show it to your opponet, and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck
afterwards. You can't use more then one call for help poke-power each turn. This power can't be used if Briney's
Wingull is affected by a special condition.
2 water, 1 colorless: Help from friends: If you have a supporter with Briney, Celio, Cozmo, Stone, Oak, Elm, or
Birch in play, this attack does 20 damage plus 30 more damage. 20+
Weakness: Lighting
Resistance: Fighting -30
Retreat: 1
Name-1/2 pts-The correct name would be "Mr. Briney's Wingull"
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-2/2 pts-Sure
Picture-4/8 pts-The least descript picture I've seen so far.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-10/30 pts-A basic with only one attack, and the attack costs 3 energy? Yeah right. The attack
isn't even all that good.
Grammar-15/25 pts-You should have listed out the full names of the cards for the Power. For the majority of those
cards, theres only one with that in its name. What if they made a supporter called "The Stone of Justice"? That's
not what you intended it to search for. Same deal with the attack.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5 pts-Fine.
Strategy/Combos-0/10 pts-None given.
Total-40/85 pts. Pathetic.

BAD_SKITTY:
Pokemon: Delta Delcatty stage one pokemon
Evolves from: Skitty
Picture: Just think of Delcatty sitting in an overgrown field right on a dark night near an ancient shrine where
there are spirit statues and large rocks covered in moss with about 3 skittys’ running and jumping on and around
them. All of the Skittys’ and the Delcatty have glowing red eyes. There is also a fog rolling into the field making
the place look spooky and dark. With the Delcatty looking towards you in a little clear spot surrounded by grass.
Hit points: 80
Type: Dark
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance: None
Retreat: 1 colorless
Pokepower/body: none
Attack #1: 1 dark 1 colorless Stalk
Choose one of your opponent’s pokemon, switch that pokemon with the defending pokemon, your opponent gets to choose
the defending pokemon to switch. The new defending pokemon takes 20 damage and is now asleep.
Attack #2: 1 dark 2 colorless Dark Purge 40 damage
This attack does 40 damage to the defending pokemon and 10 damage to all pokemon who are the same type as the
defending pokemon that your opponent has in play. Then flip a coin if tails Delcatty does 10 damage to itself.
Combo
Ok so this card is obviously good to bring up any pokemon you want to attack but there’s the chance that they might
wake up and retreat if possible. I could have made it paralyzed but then that would be too broken. It might actually
be a combo with Hitmontop from unseen forces where if the defending pokemon has 20 on it already then it does 30
more. Or it could work well in a medicham from FRLG # 42 but it really all depends on how much damage is already
done to the defending. It’s a card that can be used in a deck where bench damage and also being able to bring up any
pokemon from the bench and put them to sleep is a huge advantage. It’s good for those decks that depend on the
amount of damage on the defending pokemon to do lots of damage. The strategy behind it would be to set up your
opponent so you can go in for the kill with a big hitter.
Name-1/2 pts-"Delta" is NOT part of the name. If you wanted to signify it being a delta pokemon, it would be
"Delcatty d"
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-1/2 pts-Should have been 70.
Picture-4/8 pts-Way too confusing. You have a lot going on, but it's not at all organized. No positioning or
anything.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-28/30 pts-Despite the horrible grammar, this isn't bad. Though, I may have gone (D)(D)(C) on
dark purge.
Grammar-10/25 pts-MY EYES. The correct grammar for Stalk would be "Choose one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon and
switch it with the Defending Pokemon. Your opponent chooses the Defending Pokemon to switch. This attack does 20
damage to the new Defending Pokemon and the new Defending Pokemon is now Asleep." The correct grammar for Dark Purge
would be "This attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon that is the same type as the
Defending Pokemon. Flip a coin. If tails, Delcatty does 10 damage to itself." The part about 40 damage to the
defending is redundant, as "40 damage" is in the main line of the attack.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5 pts-Fine.
Strategy/Combos-9/10 pts-I see you understand the concept of your card. One thing, why would you combo it with
Hitmontop? Dark Tyrannitar does the same thing, but it's a lot stronger.
Total-61/85 pts. If you had gotten better grammar, this would have been pretty good. Work on your grammar a bit and
you could be a good CaCer.

Soma:
Dark Ludicolo
100 HP
Type (D)(W)
Stage 2
Poke-Power: Chaos Dance
If Dark Ludicolo is your active Pokémon, then whenever your opponent draws a card due to an effect put 1 damage
counter on the defending Pokémon. If any Pokémon is knocked out due to this effect, your opponent must choose a new
defending Pokémon before taking any further damage.
Wet Prediction (W)(C)(C): 10x
This attack does 10 damage for each card in your opponent’s hand.
Wet Graveyard (W)(D)(C): 10x
This attack does 10 damage for each card in your opponent’s discard pile.
Retreat: (C)(C)
Weakness: (L)
Resistance: None
Image: Ludicolo is under a river with a sinister stare, the water that drips from his body is a dark blue color
versus the solid blue that is on top of his head.
Name-2/2 pts-Sure
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-2/2 pts-Sure
Picture-3/8 pts-Extremely nondescript and vague.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-20/30 pts-Wet Graveyard NEEDS a cap. Late game, youre doing 200+ damage. That is so
unnacceptable that it's worth 10 points off your score.
Grammar-2/25 pts-Ewww....Chaos dance is way off. First off, it should be a body, NOT a power. Second, it should read
"As long as Dark Ludicolo is your Active Pokemon, whenever your opponent draws a card (excluding at the beginning of
their turn), put 1 damage counter on the Defending Pokemon." The second part is REDUDANT and UNNECESSARY. As for Wet
Prediction and Wet graveyard, you should have taken the grammar from Gardevoir ex (SS).
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5 pts-Fine.
Strategy/Combos-0/10 pts-None given.
Total-37/85 pts. Pathetic.
-------------
~Blazi-King~
Psyduck (Delta Species)
Basic Pokemon
50 HP
Lightning Type
Picture - Psyduck is in a dimly lit corridor and casts
shadows all on Psyduck making him look ominous,
creepy, and pale skinned. Psyduck has a look of sheer
horror on his face mainly because he cant see what all
is in the shadows along the walls on the floor. The
corridor is gloomy and dusty, from lack of cleaning
and has vials and tubes laying at intervals on the
edges of the hall just out of foot range. He is running
towards the light at a doorway standing open on the
lefthand side nearly at the end of the hall. In the light is
a shadow of what looks like a Holon Scientist with him
standing over a shadow of a table something on it...
LL - Disabling Headache: Choose 1 of the defending
Pokemon's attacks. The defending Pokemon may not
use that attack during the your opponents next turn.
Then your opponent cant play any non-supporter
cards during his next turn. Psyduck takes 20 damage.
Weakness - Psychic
Resistance - None
Retreat Cost - 1
Combos/Strategy - Mainly Psyduck should be used as
a semi-staller to allow you to get your self built up in
case of a dire situation. A Combo you could use
psyduck is in a Flygone d/Espeon d deck. Flygon d
can attach extra energire from his hand to one of your
"Delta" Pokemon in play, and Espeon removes 1
damage from ALL your "Delta" Pokemon in play. Your
opponent could easily get around this by getting a big
attacker out and powered that has more than 1 attack
and start to KO the annoying Psyducks.
Name-2/2 pts-Sure
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-2/2 pts-Sure
Picture-7/8 pts-Great...just lacking positioning.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-25/30 pts-Disabling Headache seems broken and underpowered at the same time...that's not good.
Grammar-20/25 pts-the word "Then" can be omitted. also, it should say "Your opponent can't play any trainer cards
(excluding supporter cards) during his or her next turn." I assume you meant trainer cards only - otherwise it'd be
too broken.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-3/5 pts-Uh...no. Psyduck is pure water type. That's not weak to psychic.
Strategy/Combos-7/10 pts-Detailed, but kinda useless, IMO.
Total-69/85 pts. Decent.

Pablo:
Nidoqueen ex
Stage 2 [G] Pokemon-Evolves from Nidorina
160 HP
Poke-Body: Poisonous Friends
As long as Nidoqueen ex is in play, whenever your Active Pokemon is damaged by an opponent's attack, the Defending
Pokemon is now Poisoned.
[G][C][C] Toxic Horn 20
The Defending Pokemon is now Burned and Poisoned. Put 2 damage counters instead of 1 on the Defending Pokemon
between turns.
[F][G][G][C][C] Extra Lariat 90+
Does 90 damage plus 10 more damage for each Evolved Pokemon you have in play.
Weak: [P]
Resist: None
Retreat: [C][C][C][C]
Strategy: It is an updated version of Nidoqueen from FRLG, the first attack is set up for fast damage, and although
inflicting 2 conditions is powerful, Venusaur inflicts 3, and it is an ex Pokemon so it has to have extra powerful
attacks. The 2nd attack is Power Lariat with an extra cost of GG to balance out the extra damage, and it uses 3
energy types so it would be abusable with Boost Energy and having two different types required makes it a bit harder
to power up.
The best combo I think would be a heavy line of this plus a heavy line of Meganium ex UF, as it would help speed up
the energys to get this beast attacking, and would also provide very nice healing along with the Poison theme of its
attack. The body was included due to the high energy costs and to show the typical image of Nidoqueen as a bonding
friendly family-esque Pokemon.
Image: Nidoqueen sitting under a tree surrounded by very colorful red poisonous plants. In the background a lake can
be seen, and in the lakes edge some shadows of Nidoran (f)'s and Nidoran (m)'s can be seen along with a bright sun.
Name-2/2 pts-Sure
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-1.5/2 pts-With attacks like that, I probably would have gone 150.
Picture-7/8 pts-Great...just lacking positioning.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-30/30 pts-Wow. You took some risks here, but managed to do great anyways. Excellent job.
Grammar-24.5/25 pts-I'm not sure on whether clarification is needed that the 2 damage counters is for poison or
not...there's never been an attack that does double poison AND burn...ah well. I'll only mark you down 0.5, since I
don't even know. Other then that...aced it.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5 pts-Yup.
Strategy/Combos-10/10 pts-I agree, this would work quite well with Meganium ex. It could also work with the Venusaur
in Crystal Guardians, but that's not out yet, so I don't blame you for not listing it.
Total-83/85 pts. EXCELLENT job. You should consider joining the CaC section.

Cardzmaster2004:
Muk d (F)
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon (Evolves from Grimer)
PokePOWER: Earthen Pull
As long as Muk d is your Active Pokemon, you opponent's pokemon pay (*) extra to retreat for each energy attached to
your other pokemon d. This power stops working if Muk d is affected by a special condition.
(F): Spit Toxin
Discard a (F) energy attached to another of your Pokemon d or this attack does nothing. The Defending Pokemon is now
Poisoned. Place two damage counters on that pokemon between turns instead of one.
(F*): Delve
Search your discard pile for up to two energy cards and attach them to your pokemon in any way you choose.
Weakness: P
Resistance:
Retreat: (X) where X equals the amaount of energy attached to Muk d minus 1.
Strategy: Definitely use with other cards that can charge energy from teh graveyard, like Draggy D and Typhlosion
EX. Delve is an inner-card combo, recharging Earthen Pull. Could be used as a TecH in the new EggsChu deck.
Name-2/2 pts-Sure
Stage-3/3 pts-Yeah
HP-2/2 pts-Yeah
Picture-0/8 pts-None given.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-25/30 pts-Earthen pull is quite broken...if it only references one pokemon its fine, since you
usually dont put more then 3 or 4 energy on a single Pokemon. But ALL your other pokemon d? They could have retreat
costs of over 10!
Grammar-20/25 pts-I think the grammar on earthen pull may be wrong. Also, you forgot the R in your. On spit toxin,
"One of your other Pokemon d" probably would have worked better. On delve, I believe it is like, not choose.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-3/5 pts-Sorry dude, but no variable retreat costs in Pokemon.
Strategy/Combos-9/10 pts-Hmm. I dunno. Something seems missing.
Total-64/85 pts. Eh. I expected a bit better from you.

MadHatter:
Camerupt d
Stage 1: Evolves from Numel d
Type: Fighting
HP 80
Poke- Body: Volcanic Healing
Once during your turn, when you attach a energy card from your hand to Camerupt, remove 1 damage counter from one of
your pokemon with d on its card.
(F)(C) Rock throw 20
Choose 2 of your opponent's benched pokemon, this attack does 10 damage to each of them.
(F)(F)(C) Steaming Tackle 60
If Camerupt d has 2 or more damage counters on it, this attack does 20 damage instead.
Weakness: water
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost:
Combo: It really combos with itself or other pokemon that rely on keeping there HP up.
Strategy: Use it's body to keep it's damage low so you can to 60 with its attack.
Picture: Camerupt on the side of a Volcano with other Camerupt's and a thin cloud of ash.
Name-2/2 pts-Sure
Stage-2/3 pts-Uh, no...it evolves from NUMEL. NOT numel d. Delta isn't part of the card name, so there is no "Numel
d" that it must evolve from.
HP-2/2 pts-Yeah
Picture-3/8 pts-Very nondescript.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-26/30 pts-Steaming Tackle is underbroken.
Grammar-18/25 pts-Rock throw should have a period, not a comma, and 'them' should be 'those Pokemon'. Also, steaming
tackle should be "If camerupt has 2 or more damage counters on it, this attack's base damage is 20 instead of 60."
Once again, "d" is NOT part of the name.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5 pts-Fine.
Strategy/Combos-2/10 pts-"Other Pokemon that rely on keeping their HP up". Uh, EVERY pokemon would want to keep its
HP up, so that it stays alive! This strategy/combo is almost NOTHING...really bad, and not what I wanted to see.
Total-61/85 pts. Wow, I thought you would have gotten less.

Magikarp
Basic Pokemon
30 HP
Water Type
Picture - A Magikarp that is spread out on a butchering table, with its mouth open.
Attacks:
Flail 10x
Does 10 times the amount of damage on Magikarp.
Weakness - Lightning
Resistance - none
Retreat Cost - 1
Combos/Strategy - You can use them to throw around the room at other people before a tournament, since all of the
Gyrados suck. But if you do decide to run Gyrados, you can use the Magikarp to evolve into it.
Name-2/2 pts-Sure
Stage-3/3 pts-yeah
HP-2/2 pts-Yeah
Picture-4/8 pts-Pretty nondescript.
Bodies/Powers/Attacks-10/30 pts-Flail has no energy cost. And since it's your only attack, that hurts you. Alot.
Grammar-25/25 pts-The only reason you did well here is because you used an extremely lame and basic attack.
Weakness/Resistance/Retreat Cost-5/5-fine.
Strategy/Combos-0/10-NO.
PENALTY: Your choice of Pokemon, combined with your lack of creativity, combined with what you put for
strategy/combos, shows me that you took this contest as a JOKE. -Entire Score
