Not "if you don't think you would want to gust very often". If you actually anticipate that most of the time gusting will *hurt* you.
Unless you give me a better idea how your deck is supposed to work, I'm just defaulting on what works for 90% of decks out there: gusting = disruption, disruption = good.
Basically Free retreat cost for my Amphy Gyara. They switch in something that I can't really hurt then I'm kinda screwed if they have no energy attached to the pokemon.
Vespiquen Relies on the Vespiquen on bench Damaged so I can hit for maxed power.
Like i said, I'm usually kinda scared of warp point because of the chance that they may want to switch a copy for another pokemon they have Benched who is the same as the active one

also to add to that, If anything I might run both, 2 of each or one wp and 2 switch, and see what works better for me
