No Birch it is a weak card use Wallys Training or more draw

Dude the normal hand size with this deck(yes I actually calculated it) is 2-3. that's 4-5 straight draw with birch. There's nothing else that can always get you that much that you have control over.

Birch is not necessary in this deck, I have played in 5 tourneys with this deck (worst finish top4) and i have never been hurt by an Admin. All you do is get out slowking t2 then admin so whatever your opponent was planning is not going to happen, then use cunning. If your opponent got an Admin in their oppening hand, it would have already been played. Your opponent cant draw an admin once you have cunninged until you know they will be drawing something useless at the moment.

ADmin blows.

Simple because after the first four turns, admin HURTS YOUUUU

Do people seriously not get this? It's not a difficult concept. if you don't get admin by your first hand, you will take prizes in the first few turns, and if you dont get an admin by then, any admin in the future will hurt you.

it's like playing ruins in a deck with 100+hp exs (oh, but it helps OHKO such and such), yeah, shut up... any card that hurts you, 99% of the time, is a dumb call.

Why not play birch, like shilox said, if you think about average hand size throughout the game, birch is a much better choice. why play a card that is only useful in the first 4 turns of the game, and one that hurts you late game? extremely illogical.

I agree with ryanvergel. Admin just is horrible!! It's a t2 Deck. You are supposed to take prizes on your 2nd turn before your opponent does. Then admin helps them instead of you. Is this really that hard to get???

play rockets mission or TVR's instead of birch. Birch gets you at most, 6 cards and for it to give you more than 4 is really unlikely. Rockets mission gets 3-4 and can be played anytime.

no, which is what 4 retrievers are for. the retrievers are used as discard fodder for litter, and for getting back slowking (also, for putting cards back into your deck to stall if you are about to deck out or want to shuffle, and, for getting more basics). rocket's mission works better in this deck.
also, you don't really need pow, buffer, or 12 psychic energies. you want to thin the deck. you can do this by playing energy search (yes, energy search). you are basically throwing a card in your hand away, making more room so you can use cards like stevens and birch (which should be kept in. keep em at 3 birch, and 4 stevens). take out some psychic energy and pop in 4 energy search.
sigh..okay...more edits. don't use amesia slowpoke--use the one from frlg. why? lets say you are facing a dunesparce. you use amnesia to block their strike and run, but, they can still sudden flash you for a chance of paralysis. assuming you don't have dark slowking in your hand, or a card that can get it, you're in trouble.
take out the oak's and copycats. steven's, r mission, and prof. birch should be like, the only supporters in this deck.

you have the shuffle power with:
rocket pokeball
jirachi
swoop
energy search
retriever (depending on how you use it)

play 4 of each and you have PLENTY of shuffle power.

No, by shuffle power I mean cards like Copycat, Oak's Research, and Rocket's Admin. lol.
BTW, I like your energy search idea to thin out the deck for tools. It's brilliant.
(evil laugh)

thanks :D
you see, you don't want to waste your "1 supporter a turn" JUST to shuffle the deck and gain SOME cards.
all of the supporters that require you to shuffle your deck, in case you haven't realized, only gain SOME cards.
prof. oak gets 5, plus, if you have cards in your hand, you have to shuffle them in.
admin hurts you--you don't get like, anything, because you get most of your prizes early game. plus, whatever you do have, you have to shuffle into the deck.
copycat is a toss-up, but shouldn't be played in this deck because it's not a guaranteed amount of cards (steven's and birch aren't either, but they aren't putting stuff back into the deck).
if you put stuff in, you aren't thinning the deck. you are making it harder to draw the tools/rockets machines that you need.
