Most people believe this is a quote from Duke Nukem.

It is actually from a much less popular movie from the 80's called They Live. Which is actually really good and I believe it's being remade with a release in 2010.

I was going to post a youtube link to the part of the movie where he says the quote. But then I remembered how SERIOUS the 'Gym mods are and they'd probably give me an infraction since he does say "***."

Dont worry thats not really a spoiler.
The first scene is just nothing spoilerish and the second one is from the 3 episode ova.

Through the very best quote from higurashi is the "puberty purification spell". I laughted soo hard at this. Through its kinda unfitting, so I wont go any further :p (Unfortunatly most quotes are unfitting xD)

Rito is with his sister and she is ill, and hes taking care of her. Suddenly she wents bright red and gets really shy and says "

"rito, actually I should tell you, we arent blood relatives"
*He turns red as well and starts mumblinb*

At this point I was like "omg, the worst chlichee EVER"

and then she looks at him really serious and says

"just kidding, why are you so serious :D"

I love the way they make fun of those clichees here xD

I had tears in my eyes, this whole manga is just sooo great (better then teh series, not so much filler, and much more intense, sad and serious). Read it, you wont regret it =)

I had no idea you were referencing To Love-Ru until I read Rito. Splitting up the bad Japanese pun makes it an incredibly bland and unmemorable title. Is that the official English title or something?
 
I think so, its at least what the german manga says so itll probably be the english title as well.
Doesnt to-Love-ru somehow mean Love trouble anyway?
 
Mhm but what would you have chosen as an english title? To-Love-Ru would be a real strange title for an engish manga :/

It's not unheard of for translated manga to keep its Japanese name despite how much not sense it makes to those who don't speak the language/haven't read or seen the series yet. A quick look at Viz Media brings up the following (with translations by Wikipedia):
Kekkaishi (Barrier Master)
Oishinbo (The Gourmet)
Aishiteruze (I Love You,) Baby
Fushigi Yūgi (Mysterious Play)
Shakugan no Shana (Shana of the Burning Eyes)

I don't really have a better suggestion, I just thought Love Trouble sounded fairly bland. At any rate, we're well off topic now.

Never again am I reading that Manga!
I made the mistake of seeing if it had any plot and I was right.
Read one book. No Plot

But I did get the quote:
