no... we're not going there... and also aizen auto loss to vasto lorde ichigo which is still an auto loss to alucard from hellsing.

@kayle: reflex also has speed in it, he might not have speed like flash, but get close enough to him he wont need to.

@mach: the fight was done, but the winner was determined by popular vote at the time, in which case more fans voted superman than the hulk. that doesn't prove much.

it proves theyre not stupid.

the hulk has to breath OXYGEN. PERIOD. all superman has to do is eliminate the oxygen (destroy plants on earth) and that is it. game. over.

Goku DOES die though every so often (like once a saga...)

He just waits for SOMEONE ELSE to beat the bad guy for him while he's up in heaven attaining the next level in power.

After a year they gather the Dragon Balls and wish him back (although honestly I'd just wish for people to stop trying to blow up Earth.)
 
I still think the marvel vs dc fight was rigged to actually have a winner both hulk and superman just
randomly make up new things they can do, I mean come on superman has an actual power thats
called super weaving, and the hulk has at one point punched his way threw a time storm. As much
as I hate superman I dont think a real fight would ever be more than a draw.

it was rigged, the winner of the fights for dc vs marvel were done by popular vote of the fans.

nah, because the hulk relies on oxygen to breathe and live.

destroy oxygen=destroy hulk. that easy.

hulk would have to destroy the sun to eliminate the power of superman.
 
The Hulk's power is only limited by his rage.

And his rage has no limits.

That's the theory behind him being the most powerful.

The Sentry would give him a good fight though.

its limited by his body's need for oxygen. he can only hold his breath- he must BREATHE OXYGEN.

you guys all blind? all someone has to do is eliminate the plants on earth and hulk is game over ggggggg.
 
The Hulk has held his breath for as long as he needed while flying through space.

I guess if he was angry enough about the plant destruction, he could do that forever too.
 
Ryan, I don't think you understand exactly how pissed off the Hulk is. If you were that pissed, believe me, you could hold your breath for long enough to destroy Superman.

HULK HAS NO MEANS OF MOVEMENT IN SPACE- he does not have the power of 'flight' like superman does. he is still bound by certain physical laws- if there is no subject for which to push off, there is nothing to oppose his forces and he cannot move.

so, sure, the hulk can hold his breath and not move in space. for how long exactly?

if its like 10 years, then its not even holding ones breath at that point.

superman can easily wait ten years. much longer than a floating, oxygenless hulk can survive.
 
I think their point is, the rage becomes the force thtat he pushes off with/the oxygen that appears in his lungs.

the hulk doesn't need to fly to beat superman in a fight. plus if superman flies away then there is no fight, and the second he closes in on the hulk it becomes a ground battle anyway. therefore supermans flying ability is moot unless he is trying to escape from the hulk's clutches.
 
The ability to manuever about in three dimensions instead of two is irrelevant to a close-range battle?

Maybe I'm just spoiled on my own ability to write fight scenes.
