Questions
Is there a schedual that will be pm'd to us?
Everyone will have a week (7 days) to get in contact with their opponet and schedual a Brawl, then both you and your opponet post who won/loss and what characters were used in the round.

Will times be the same for everyone?
Yes, I will not be adding Time extentions for anyone.

When will we know when the tourny begins?
When I post saying it begins and post the matchups for Round 1

once we get 16 do we set a date to were no one can sign up any more kinda like a sign up deadline

Well, I have school tomarrow plus some after school stuff. I'm assuming someone will sign up. When I get home, if we have 16 I'll close sign ups, if we have more then 16 I'll close sign-ups. If we are still at 15 then I'll wait till the 16th and close it then.
