1) Energy Gain
Just because I attack with 1 energy doesn't mean you get to!

Yah, I'm pretty sure jumpluff, gyarados, donphan, and kingdra are all completely devastated by sp needing an additional card to do its attacks. Gain is balanced because you waste time and resources getting it out.
