Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

The Top 50 Pokémon Cards of All Time as told by Ness

Hmmm... to twenty already and no Lugia Blastoise or Steelix?
I predict DCE, ER, Itemfinder, Candy and/or SER to make top ten. Uxie to possibly top five or even go higher.Trode EX and Blaze EX up there as well with Base trainers rounding out the rest. Im surprised not to have seen Ape or its X on the list already, frankly (As much as I hate that card). I would bet on either Steven or Transceiver in top five as well.

There's no way that uxie makes this list over gatr, sneasal, and gardy (which I think should be much higher over some of the trainers listed below). Cards that haven't been seen that will be on there:
Cleffa
Slowking
SER/ER
Rare Candy
Claydol
Pidgeot
Steven's Advice
Scramble
Oak
Computer Search
Gust Of Wind
Item Finder
Trans/Mentor, though since castform is very low, I doubt mentor
I also doubt we'll see anything like blastiose ex, lugia ex, steelix ex, eggs d, chu d, dark t-tar, dark amphy, or anything else that was really a 1-2 punch.

Professor Oak from Base Set will be #1. Seriously, everyone ran 4x of that card. You could topdeck it with no cards in hand and gain a +7 hand advantage for nothing. If you had three cards in hand and one was a Computer Search, you would search for a Professor Oak and then use it.

Can't forget about Tyrogue, either. I still have a paper Tyrogue card thing that says "You were 'Rogued at Origins 2003!"

Top 2 will be Gust of Win(d) and Professor Oak. I'm calling it right now. =)

Mean Look lasts forever :p

No, I got that. I was saying that you would Mean Look against those two cards (Azelf couldn't even hurt you with Lock Up cuz of Resistance, and Spiritomb would have to evolve 6 times, killing itself and letting you spread 80-100 damage anywhere with Feint Attack).

Interesting the Ness rates Garchomp c lv X much higher than Luxray lv X. Any thoughts?

It is a bit of a surprise. Maybe because it's a huge part of 3 Tier 1 Decks (Luxchomp, Dialgachomp, Sablelock) while Luxray has its own deck and is a tech in a few others. It has a better attack than Luxray and, although Luxray's Power is superior, Garchomp's isn't bad either.

The Top 10:

Slowking
Oak
Rare Candy
GoW
SER
Comp Search
Claydol
Pidgeot
Scramble
Cleffa

(in no order)

In order. That seems like it's going to be the list. Although I am surprised Transceiver and DCE aren't top 10. I think DCE is the best energy ever printed and I think Transceiver was better than Cleffa.
