Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Tiers, anyone?

Then I don't top deck anything. Then the other 3 they have gotten a T2 or T3 Gardy lock on me with Dusknoir on the bench.
Are you saying that Dusknoir is being run in G G? If you are, it seems to me that would just water the deck down. Not sure though I don't much expirence running that deck just playing against it.

K to counter:

If ure playing 3-4 Wadger in the deck, its not hard to use it VERY early in the game,if Banette wins the wadger, then its chances go UP,early game is when its most effective.U Lose, then it goes down, but Claydol on the field, its the same,if not then yes its down.

It dosent matter really 2 Apes are on the field,Pluspowers/Charms will help u get the Ko,since CLaydol and Fishing engine is in the deck, the deck is basicially trainers and nrg, mostly trainers, more chances of getting them with Claydol and Lunatone.

I put so much on warp, cuz if u see a Banette/Magmortar game, the best chance to kil setup or win is in Warp Point and the Speed.Only reason, and u can ask Jokerboi how much it helped him,its a game winning card.

Just a note, because i see you making the same mistake constantly.
WAGER
NO "D".
Thanks.

RE the Wager point.general point: early game Wager is a pain, but again, you're assuming a lot about both their setup and yours. A) You assume that you have an ideal enough setup to afford to lose a Wager. B) you assume that Infernape doesn't have anything early game-oftentimes, they have EVERYTHING they need...and more!

RE the Warp Point...point: yeah, Chad said it. Blaziken-anything reams Banette without even breaking a sweat. My point illustrated by the Infernape comment, though, is that you're assuming an easy prize will always be pulled if you play it. The fact of the matter is: you won't pull that many easy prizes against Ape, four warp point or zero.

The reason why a fast deck like Blissey beats Ape while one like Banette doesn't is due almost entirely to HP: without any effort at all, Infernape, or possibly even Monferno, could score a KO on Banny. Plus, Banette just needs so much more to pull a win. You bring up things like Warp Point, Pluspower, Battle Frontier, and Beach when discussing how to beat Infernape, but the thing is...All of those are situational. As great as 'Dol is for consistency, it will almost never guarantee you the cards you need...When you need them.

Banette setsup T2-T3,Ape hopes for a T2 Ape. 3/4 Games they will start with shuppet,3/4 games they will do 70/80 next turn and T2-T3 Claydol isnt hard,Fishing Engine insures that.Yea its situational, but those situations happen more times than not.

How fast u rip through the deck is crazy,Yea Ape does quick damage to OHKO a Banette, but Banette outspeeds Ape and Im so sure of it.U will get easy prizes,if u think so or not,you will if u know how to play the deck.

It all comes down your playing style,AggroBanette will take prizes like that against Ape. Blaziken hurts alot, and I never disagreed with that.EVen then, the Banette can still go Aggro and take prizes.

We arent gonna agree,so lets agree to disagree. If your at nats,Lets play 10 games, and put this to the test, thats all we can do and I will look forward ot it if u will be there

So uh, after that matchup debate, how right are mah tiers?

I liek them moar than mudkipz.

Um, no I played against Twitchy about round 4. So it WAS NOT a round 1 easy win

I never said it was easy, but you did have a huge advantage over most of the ppl at the tourny.

I beat a Banette round 1 at states with Gardy LOCK and beat it. You beat a Magmortar round 1 with a Banette, weird things happen.
