No-one is going to deck a mint Charizard EX because:

1. It's worth a lot of money,and playing with it will decrease the value. (and the OP knows ALL about the value).
2. It isn't even legal in Modified, so you would be wasting money just so you could play a few casual games with your mates.
3. It's a terrible card in Unlimited, so you would be wasting money just to LOSE a few casual games with your mates.

If you REALLY wanted to play it, you would use proxies, or ones in terrible condition.
