Ok. So, now that all translations are up, bout time for explanation:
Mesprit: Obviously the nuke for the deck against the big HP Pokes, like Empo, Torterra, Blissey, etc. Also Prevents Powers for one turn, always nice, now on the flip MT side Mesprit, it gives all elves free retreat, a LETHAL part of getting the possible T2 all elves Lvl X set-up. Lvl X is also able to heal all benched for 3 damage for free. Amazingly anti-spread. Or at least stall it.
Azelf: Broken as they come. Allows you to walk through your Prizes, and even scoop and replace a Prized Poke for an unneeded card, allowing more quick access to your power houses A.K.A the X's. Also able to 20 for one and hold the opponent down. Very nice. Now again on the flipside MT version, he makes all opponent's basic's attack's cost one :colorless extra, making Phione, use 2 :colorless to evolve their benched. OUCH!!! His attack also disables the opponent's Special Energy cards. Nasty little bugger huh? Only get's better with Lvl X. His Body protects all Psychic Pokes on your side from their universal weakness. Beautiful. Also, his attack snipes, with a count of how many energies your opponent has. And with multi count energy going away, that means an abundance of energy on the opponents Pokes, which means more damage. =)
Uxie: The least impressive, yet still awesome of the 3 elves. The new LA basic allows once it is played, to draw a whopping possible 7 cards. Also speeds up that whole possible Lvl X spread for T2. It's attack is good for falling back on, say if it or the Lvl X are about to faint. It deals 20, then shuffles it back into the deck with it's energies. MT version, is so much better. If it is hit with an attack, that Pokemon can't use that same attack next turn, making it possible for Uxie to be an awesome stall wall, and it's attack says if you have Azelf and Mesprit out, it's 30 damage with auto sleep. NANI!? Now onto Lvl X, who's Power allows you to look at the top two cards, choose one, take it, and the other goes to deck's bottom. Nice for more search power. It's attack isn't so impressive, 2 :colorless for 60 and unable to use that attack next turn. Mediocre at best.
Luxray: This card may have baffled some viewers. It's a specific counter pick to Mewtwo Lvl X, whom completely eats this deck alive seeing as un-evolved Pokemon cannot attack or throw effects it's way. Luxray's Body will kick in allowing him to do 50 extra on his attack to all actives, if your opponent is bold enough to play one Lvl X. His top attack allows him to grab his lost lightnings for another possible attack, but you shouldn't need to use him more than once, play this deck right and you can weave right around Mewtwo by killing it early, no big deal. Plus it boasts a free retreat cost for a 120 HP Stage 2. Not bad at all, and it also scares Empo Lvl X away too. Which is nice always. =p
Energy Patch: Just allows a possible consecutive God Blast from Mesprit Lvl X. Hit the heads, scoop a used Psychic, throw one down from the hand, and go for another free prize.
Snowpoint Temple: A must for any deck who uses basics as much as this. Gives all Lvl X's and basic's an extra 20HP to boot, which keeps someone around longer for sure, and makes Mesprit Lvl X's healing all the more effective.
All in all, these buggers are awesome!!!! The synergy is sick, the power is no where near lacking, the disruption is fantastic, and it can OHKO Torterra AND it's lethal Lvl X buddy. Even Empo gets one shotted by good ol' Mesprit. And for two only. Once again, Mesprit is the nuke, Uxie enables search abilities, and Azelf protects and even battles well too with that nice snipe attack. Any ideas or possible changes are welcome, this is such a rediculously long post someone humor me.
