Are the Warp points for disruption or for switching your own Pokemon? Remember that Gardevior yield a huge hand, so you'll probably have a switch when you need it, even if you play just 1. Keeping Gardie Lv. X benched can also prevent any status effects. Teleportation is good for switching.

With 4 different Lv. X's, this is probably the only deck that I'd definitely use 4 Premier Ball in. Highly recommended.

They are for the purposes of disruption, the use of evolution, and passing thru the lvl Xs so I can get them all on the field ASAP. Space is getting tighter, so what to remove for that 4th Premier Ball?

I've been doing some small scale testing. Gardevoir sets up pretty fast, and consistently, and with Roseanne, the elves are out quickly. The only thing that hurts Gardevoir's setup is an early lost Wager, due to the deck's lack of Supporter draw power/Claydol (unless you have a Roseanne, then you can search LA Uxie). I tend to level up the MT Sprites more often than the LA ones. They have better attacks, and their powers are in many ways more useful than the one time "when played from your hand" powers that the LA sprites have.

Yeah, I was planning on doing so myself. The MT Uxie and Azelfs attacks are by far much better for use by the Lvl X's, and the Mesprit is mostly better for attacking on the LA version, for some parts. Um, but yeah, so I've been thinking about what to do about the lack of draw power aside Uxie, and quite frankly it all seems to rely on Garde hitting some lucky supporters from the opposing discard. Is there any possible way to sneak a 1-1 Claydol or something here? I really don't see it happening though...

That would be tough to do, and I'm not sure it's necessary.

And in this case Claydol couldn't have helped; it was a T-1 Wager. The sprites still set up fine because I got Bebe's and a Premier Ball, and luckily I had Uxie on my bench. Uxie Lv.X set up the other sprites (with some help from LA Azelf), and I eventually got Gardevoir set up, while attacking with Mind-off/Zen Blade, but by the time Gardie got out, it was about turn 6. I ended Telepass-Wagering him late and eventually knocked out his last Pokemon with God-Blast. If you can get Uxie Lv. X or Gardevoir out before they Wager you, you're fine. If you get Wagered, win. The only recovery from a Wager are LA Uxie and Gardevoir.

It's rare that you'll see a T-1 Wager, even from the new Sableye, but if you do, it can really ruin either player's chances of winning.

Right... I forgot about that damn Sableye. Eesh, hmm... well in which case that maybe a problem. If they get gusty AND lucky what could we do to recover? I guess that all depends on what 3-6 cards you draw. It can go either way. Well, I guess that about does it. I sure could use apprentice, but I'm waiting till I get a new computer, this hunk-o-junk can't run it.

Hopefully one is a Roseanne, a Bebe, or an Uxie.

palkia lvx any one? bring up someone heavy snipe with azelf bring up some one good and blast with mesprit. it doesnt matter who they bring up cause you got free retreat

u might need two lvx for ur pixies.
i've try on ur list, it works well if u set up 2 mesprit lvx for ultimate god blasting!!!
and u hav to put i some moonlight stadium for safety!!!
gud job mate!!

Idk, again I am extremely sceptical on the running 2 lvl X part of the reason being, it ruins the consistancy of using the lower elves bodies. Anything else?

Yeah add two of every elve. LOL:biggrin: j/k any ways I think you are running the best set up with gardevoir the only thing I do different and you can think about this is to run a 1-1 Mewtwo/Lv.X tech instead of claydol it give you something different to build on and more often than not the gardevoir will come out like T3/T4 so you should have no problems missing the Claydol. :thumb:

NICE DECK!!!!!!

Hmm... So I've been pondering any other possible techs for this deck, and found that Palkia idea suggested above to be very beneficial (potentially) for helping the elves level up quickly as well as get a fresh target. Is there anything else to be fixed here?

When thinking about this 300+ dollar deck, I always thought you'd just run it haymaker style...such as...

-scrapping Gardy
-adding a 2/2 Mewtwo Lv. X line
-if you're afraid an oppoent's Mewtwo Lv. X, it's not like they can do anything if you have your own out...add some random tech line with energy pickup like the new Grumpig if that's an issue
-if Claydol fits, do it. If not, call energy, rosanne, and felicity are all you need to setup

At least you can get the Mewtwo's cheap as promos....why not just add four Time-space for kicks? I'm sure everyone has 500 to lay down on a deck...

Compared to the old 5-dollar Lunarock. Nice.

Heh. Because then the match-up Mew2 v Mew2 becomes a stalemate resulting in me wasting a turn retreating with Grumpig to put a mere confusion status on the opponents which is uncertain as to whether or not Mewtwo will KO itself. Not to found of chance, whereas Garde can OHKO Mew2 AND Lock Powers next turn. -shrug-
