The Milotic doesn't help because of the fact that damage is spread all over the board and you're healing more for them then yourself.

EDIT: You need more focus for the trainers and Rainbow is illegal at the time. Switch to a 4-2-4 line of T-Tar, Dark Pupitar of your choice and POP 1 or UF Larvitar, and 3 (or 4) Desert Ruins for a counter gym combined with if you want 1 Meteor Falls if you play the UF Larvitar. Also you need 4 Rare Candys and a 2-1-2 line of Pidgeot.

Battle Frontier would shut down Dark Tyranitar's and Pidgeot's powers.

take out a Mary's Request. This deck has Stage 2's so it's pointless to keep that card in the deck.

Why the Psycho Waves Voltorb? 40 HP on that isn't exactly the best thing to do. I'd personally stick with hte 50 HP ones

Only reason is for the discard but it isn't needed, you could use the Recharger.

IMHO, Sand-damge ttar isnt too good. You will need at least 3 ttar spinning tail, most likely 4. Ttar is a good clean-upper, but you can just spin tail or ATM:Rock to get those last prizes.

I have a deck like this that runs 1 Sand because it can help agains't fighting weak where Spin Tail can't.
