what good will the electrode ex do for me? Is there any better line up? What about Tyranitar ex?

After a couple of your pokemon die or you use a couple of RNRG you could build up an NRG less Ttar for a quick bite off a spinning tail or one crazy grind. I would run 4 RNRG's
