Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

(Un)Official 2010 Worlds Championships Updates

They have plenty of staff to do updates. However, the pokegym is not the offical TCG website. The standings have been up since last night. And if a problem does arise, updates do go to the bottom of the to do list.
Nats and worlds are very much different in how they are staffed, on a basic level, you will have the TPCi employees working at these events whereas you would not @ states or regionals.
The players could of course update via this thread, but either they are playing, trading, or touring. No one wants to waste too much time posting while they are there. Thats what airport layovers are for....
Try the gopokemon site for updates. Some people have already posted links to that site here, so its pretty easy to get to.

No they haven't. Only the T32 were updated last night. The T16 were not up until this morning.

I understand how this stuff works and the coverage for Pokemon is constantly ridiculous. Always the same excuses, too. And Chrataxe, you sound like a total scrub when you say that. I've been to way more events than you have.

Even though I have contacts, I'm looking out for the people that DO NOT have access to the top players during Worlds. So excuse me for rightfully criticizing POP's pathetic coverage of their biggest event of the season.

Thanks Rocketman. As he says TPCi is providing official updates. Here are the links again:

The official Worlds web site (http://www.pokemonworldchampionships.com/2010/) will be providing official standings for the main event along with photos, videos, and news releases.

Twitter fans can follow the events at http://twitter.com/pokemonworlds.

You can also catch video updates on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/pokemonworlds.

I am limited on the updates I can provide because I can't see the play area and am busy keping the event running on schedule. TPCi will be providing more frequent updates today as we get closer to crowning the 2010 World Champions.

Tomi has played Gigas the whole year, even though many people have criticized it during SP-season :s
I hope that Tomi in masters and Karri + Öjvind in seniors would have won their matches.

Gigas can easily take this tourney as long as it doesn't hit plox depending on his build. I would LOVE to see the faces on people if it took the glass XD

Personally speaking he's who I'll be rooting for >.>

Top 8 for TCG has just started (via VGC stream)

Looks like there's only going to be 1 American out of our semi-finals for VGC...
