I would love to get the FRLG Raichu, the Stormfront Raichu RH, and the Holon Phantoms one (was that the Metal delta one?). And yes...very much so would I be interested in Shining Raichu. That's one that I've been looking for for a while. I guess what I'd be willing to trade would come down to what you're wanting. That's showing up as about a $15 value card after checking ebay so I'm willing to work it up however I need to.

And bear with me when I say I'm going to check lists, I have about 10 or so to go through because I literally look at EVERYONE'S list.
 
Hey please dont tell me in that 15$ total you calculated you included Shining Raichu because thats the most preposterous thing ive ever heard, and im sorry but you cannot use ebay for accurate price estimations thats the same as using craiglist. And i dont need you to look at my list lol im bringing my list to you :). And what set is that Rayquaza Ex from... and the offer i made above is what im sticking to right now so add in which ever Raichu you want most.
 
I'm saying that the Shining Raichu itself is going for about $15. I don't go by what people put it up at, I go by the average it sells at, and that's going highest value as one just sold for $10. Though no, that's not me saying that everything was $15. As for the list thing, that was to others that asked me to check their list and I'm still going through tons of lists. For you, I'd like to know what you're looking for from me so we can work something out.
 
K Phoenix your actually suppose to use a fixed and fair price guide when your judging a cards value looool you CANNOT use ebay im sorry(I've seen a Luxray GL get sold ofr 20$ but that does NOT mean its worth 20$). The site I used and has served be reliably over the past months is www.pokecorner.com, ive used it for every single card i bought or traded... and its fair and very up-to-date although it still has not inputted the HGSS price list.... anyways so study the following links:

Anyways so yea, thats what i usually use for pricing needs...anyways so the cards i want from you are Raichu level X and Rayquaza Ex... and cards you want from me are the 3 Raichus you dont have and the 2 1st editions i posted earlier.... and btw loool i would never value my shining raichu at 15$ and trade it off for that much, that would be extremely stupid of me UNLESS i was trying to get rid of it.
 
Again, I go by what people are paying, not what they're selling for on a site. That's why I use ebay to value because I can see the AVERAGE it sells by. $10-$15 is the average sell rate, which is about the same as a Raichu Lv X. Value of a card is only how much someone is willing to pay for it. I mean, here's a site listing it for $65, and that's on SALE.

Ebay is better because you can see the prices things have, and havent, sold for. That's how I value cards. If you think it's higher than that, fine, but just because that's the price on a site doesn't mean that anyone is buying it. That's the way I choose to work. If you don't like it, then I'll just find someone else to trade for it or I'll pick one up on ebay for the price they're currently going for.
 
Again look, im trying to prove a point.... You keep persisting that Shining Raichu and Raichu Level X are worth around the same.... now im going to throw it bluntly to your face... on the site you sent me they are selling the shining raichu for 65 and then their selling the raichu level x for 25 loool how can you say in this fair world that they are both WORTH THE SAME when the CLEARLY are not... Like come on... i can trade 2 promo level x's to acquire raichu level x OR even open it in a pack i get tomorrow, but how do you find Shining Raichu lol... seriously though i just want you to admit that shining raichu is worth 2 times as much as raichu level x... thats all i want.

And honestly i 100% believe that www.pokecorner.com is a fair pricing site, because would you not agree that flygon level x usually gets sold for 35-45$ on Ebay... well the site has it up for 45 brand new... and i could give many other examples but im not going to right now that should be enough, and my last message. That site is not too off when comparing prices and is fairly accurate.

Again, im not trying to offend you in anyway, were just having a normal(a tad bit heated) discussion about pokemon cards but i really want you to admit that Shining Raichu is worth twice as much as Raich Level X :) considering all outside factors.

Alright, I can tell the maturity level here by the ever persistent loool. My point is this, you can't judge by what a RETAILER is selling something by and say that's it's worth. If people aren't paying that, then it's not worth that. As it stands, I could buy a Shining Raichu for around $15 with free shipping, as there are numerous listed on ebay and throughout the internet. People aren't paying more for that on anywhere you can track because it's not worth that price. If you're looking to start some petty and childish argument, take it somewhere else.

As for selling values...

Raichu X, and not even the highest selling one, on Ebay at $10.51. There are ones that had offers and sold up to $16.

Shining Raichu, the only one that's even sold recently, went for $9. The ones listed at $15-$20 aren't even selling.

Oh and bytheway, Raichu Lv X, If you look around for a day you can easily pick it up on Ebay for a little under 10$ lol, which really isnt that much... . Your life just revolves around ebay so theirs no arguing with you lol, if someone trys to price a card for you your obviously going to search for 2 hours until you find it cheaper on Ebay so yea im done dealing with the likes of you.

That, or I'm not stupid enough to blindly value something off of a website that I can't even see if the item sells or not. It took me less than a minute to check ebay and see what it was selling for and what it wasn't. Don't like it, don't trade with me. Yes, I could see why you would be done "dealing with the likes of me" when I'm ensuring that the value of cards is fair. If you're going to tell me it's more, prove to me that's what it's worth to people? Can't? Then don't get pissed at me when I prove you wrong. Thanks as well for coming into my thread and then questioning the methods I value my cards and how I trade. Don't like it? Leave.

Honestly its hard to argue with Ebay knowledge, anything goes on that site, and again were not dealing with functional goods here were talking collectibles which are very different and should not be priced at the cheapest someone sells them for. I think collectible goods should have a fixed price(for example the site), but yea i admit though on Ebay you can pick up a shining raichu for really cheap thank you for opening my eyes.

Ebay is a perfect way to see market value because you see what is and isn't being paid. Collectable goods CAN'T have a fixed price because the values change all the time.

Rayqueza EX is from EX Deoxys. And go for it, I just bid on a Shining Raichu that's right now still cheap but we'll see how high it goes.

EDIT: Wait, do you mean the metal raichu is the one you have? If so, nevermind, but if you have the uncommon one from HP, can you throw that in?
