Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Virginia's 6 2009-2010 City Championship Events Photo Link at end of thread!

hah, i gave jimmy the idea for the deck, i had made a split second decision to go, and while i was driving over i called him and told him to play that deck. Then we got caught in a huge snowstorm and had to turn around, so i couldnt go, but good job jimmy!

It was my idea  I just asked you if I should play it.

Thanks guys, I really had everything going for me with that deck. The games with Patrick were so intense, but I managed to keep my cool and push to victory.

If anyone cares, I'm going to Midlothian, as I'm riding with Zed along with Alex and Ryan. Should be fun, expecting great competition.

Gotta be Melvin. I don't think that Luke even has a pokegym account!!! Bad, Luke!!

Blah....I hate snow.....So wanted to be at Warrenton....and couldn't because of the weather....Congrats to all those that won!

Congratz to Jimmy And Arron! Great job guys! I never did manage to beat Luke... :/

Jarrett and I won our CC here in Hawai'i (in 85 degree weather.) See you guys at worlds!

I've, seriously, got to sit down and build a playable (not even viable... just playable) deck for next weekend :/

People actually believe that I'm running a tricked out Wobbefet deck... :/

i tried man i really did, i was like im going to make this guy a wobofett deck, then i found out that the only wobofett in the game comes from DP and is terra-bad, sorry

To be fair, I think the organizer in Hawaii has been at it for atleast a couple of months.

Could a Hawaii SC be on the horizon?

We got more awareness for the game going. The store league is held at is a major gaming store and hosts lots of different card games, Pokemon being the least popular. :/ Because of us a few people opted to play Pokemon over Yu-gi-oh/MTG at the BR/CC

A few of the players here are much better than I expected. There's one guy who got top 32 worlds twice. Most of them are casual players, though, and the senior division offers NO competition at all for Jarrett.

We had a BR with 15 masters and 3 seniors. I don't know why the player base went down. Unfortunately our player base is probably to small for a SC. :( Our TO is going to try though. We will (more likely than not) have an HG/SS pre-release. :thumb:

Pics from the CC are here, on the stores main site.

I will be at worlds, and hope to see a few of you there. :thumb:
