Washington City Championships 2012

What time is the event supposed to start tomorrow? I'm first on the waiting list, so keeping my fingers crossed.

Annother fantastic day of Pokemon. Sarah took 2nd in Juniors and I went 4-2. I think that I would have top cut but I had to drop because we had a Coscto Travel Chirstmas party to attened (The food there was awwsome, S. Seattle Community College and the Culinary arts school does the cooking.)

So I was happy, funny thing was after decking people out all Cities season long, I faced a Turbo Durrant in R6 and I got decked out, LOL I definatly had it coming. I though I might have had a chance to get him on prizes but I think Kenny only missed one flip on Crushing Hammer. I hope he did well in the Top cut, oh and I got donked T1 by a Pachirisu before I even got a turn. I hate loosing the flip. I had a dual ball and N, but that is Pokemon,

Good luck to everyone at Blue Hwy tomorrow. See all of you next week, for the final week of the City Championships.
 
Does Jim or Ted get on here? (TOs for Shane's and Crossroads?)
I'm pretty sure we can't but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Is it possible for me and Tyler to record the Top Cut Matches (with the Player's Permission), so we can commentate for our Youtube Channel? We have no bad intentions with it whatsoever.
 
Isaiah - I wouldn't see why not. I know when I plays yugioh, Michael and weigle and Austin would record random matches all the time.

It has to do with the TO's approval, along with the players' and store's. This explains the reason that the YGO players are allowed to film at Shanes, but so far, we have been unable to do recordings at Jim + Ted events.

That being said, I'm looking forward to the Shane's CC!

Wow if I did not have to drop after swiss there would have been 4 Durant decks in the top cut at Redmond on Saturday. I allways knew it was a legit deck, its nice to see others doing so well with it, I had not idea that a 4 th player was using it I thought it was just me, Kenny (who won - congrats) and Zane. And to everyone I have decked out this year I m sure you will all take satistaction in the fact that Kenny decked me out in my first ever CC Mirror Match (Kenny was amazing with those crushing hammers). Something I could never do. Battle Roads I had 6 chances for donk wins T1 with Minccino on baby popkemon. Only hit one (sorry Zane). I wonder how many ants we can expect the final weekend?

I’m coming down from BC to the Renton Citiies this sunday and was wondering if the venue is generally nice and a good turnout is anticipated or if it just a small venue that usually only naerby players attend.

No it is held in a large office building and is genraly ammong the largest CC in Washington each year. Prepair for a long day.
