Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Washington State City Championships 2010 - 2011

Well cities are over.
I finally proved I am at least relevant at the last event.
Going 5-1, only losing to Zane in Swiss. I can't complain.
But Grr at Regigigas. D:< (Maybe I can)

I;m glad I got to take Gigas out one last time before the world flips over on its face...

Sux that I lost both my top cut matches to sp of all things though...of all the times I brag about a perfect sp record...

BTW...Ambipom G is the WORST, most NOOBISH card in the game...

Just saying...

I thought it was great having Oregon pay us a visit this weekend (of course I was judging and didn't have to face the onslaught of decks). Its always good to see you guys and a little healthy competition never hurts anyone. It was a great way to end cities and I look forward to seeing y'all in March.

To all the judges, organizers, parents, players (even Oregon), & venue owners I just want to thank you all for making this a great cities season. Good luck testing and prepping for States. See you soon!!!

Yay I'm finally able to get on the gym...stupid internet. I had a Great Weekend going 9-3 with a 3rd place and 7th place with a new deck. Many thanks goes to all players and staff at spokane and to Jimbo for helping me fine tune my deck. (Report for 3 tourney's coming up)

And thus another Washington CCs season are done. It was a fun and exciting and sooooo looking forward to the pre-release and states!

Ok people, here comes the big bad moderator stepping in to ruin everyone's hurt feelings. Lets all just
agree on two things:

Pokemon is meant to be fun. It's not about who won, or where they came from. Playing the game is fun, and
we don't need to be spitting at eachother verbally or boasting or anything else. Stop acting like children.

People are allowed to go anywhere they want for pokemon events. If the world champion showed up at your
tournament, and you didn't want to play him, great, don't enter. Nobody is wrong for entering a pokemon
tournament, so let it go.

All that being said, I'm deleting all the combative posts, and we are going to all be nice to eachother now,
OK?

I do not know who Coery beat in T8

I gained over 80 points then lost half of them again (playing Yanmega prime where half the field is playing LuxChomp was not a good idea, but I had to try it once. It was just to fun of a deck to not try)

Sarah gained 35 points going 5-3 over the weekend.

Yeah, I kind of got confused about a few of them so I took a guess.

I never know what good point gains are ._.

All I know is I take gigas to a tourney. I make top 8...wash rinse and repeat for however many tournies I go to and usually my point record gets really high ._.

Sux I could only make 5 this circuit though...

On the brightside there is always Lost World for States. :thumb:

^ IMO, I think Gigas can beat LostGAr is played correctly against (which you could do :D) I think Gigas will have a shot at next format even if LW is released.

^^^^

I'm flat out going to redo my WHOLE engine in an attempt to beat Lost gar. I'm reteching dialga G to get around catastrophe and going heavy disruption to keep them down while I set up. I can see them wearing you down fast if you don't maintain complete control though and that scares the bajeebers out of me...
