Did I miss something, a change in rules?

Do we need at least 23 people for the lynch to happen? Does "person with most votes" no longer mean lynch?

Yes, you do need 23 people for a lynch. Read the post from Pikamaster that I quoted, it says so in the top.

Not what I asked. You'er new. In previous games, if the number needed was not achieved, the person with the most votes with by lynched. Is that still the case? I see comments suggesting it is not.
 
I know, I read a little bit about previous games. It is no longer that the person with the most votes gets lynched, without 23 votes for one person, no one gets lynched.
 
This is probably going to be my last post of this Day, and since the majority rests with Vablakes:

Reason: I don't want to see a no-Lynch.

I'm definitely still keeping my finger on Vegitalian: he managed to drive us away from his own lynch and steer us towards another. Especially if Vablakes flips Town, I think we should strongly consider lynching him tomorrow.

Last WW, we needed to actually reach a majority to get the lynch, not just "person with most votes". Combined with the above quote from the rulings, I would assume this to be still true.

Anyway, I still think that AT is suspicious, but since I don't want to end up with a no lynch:

First of all, he called his role "Latais". It's probably me being too nitpicky, but if you have a role you shouldn't spell it wrong. It's defenently not a good reason to lynch solely on that, but everything else I have noticed has been already covered, so I though I'd throw that out there.
Anyway, I think this makes sense:
