Hey Guyss. so my boyfriend enjoys pokemon and the game. anywho i want to by him a really sweet Gift but im not really sure what he would like. Like hes really good at the game. and hes won alot at the event things so hes kinda pro. like really pro. so he has alot of the cards.

so my question is.. What would you like if you were him.

anyway...

if he has a lot of pokemon stuffs maybe you should get him something not pokemon that he doesnt have. or you can buy him the latest season of pokemon for TV if he watches the show?

Withoutyou: I'd like an accessory, like an awesome backpack or something like that. If you know anything about the cards, get him some cards he can use.

How old is this guy, and how much money do you have to spend?

cause... i dunno i kinda just wanna surprize him . hes a really sweet guy. and i just wanted to get him sumthing to show him that i really love him and he loves pokemon. i'm not such a fan, so i dont really know what to get him .
 
Buy him Pokemon apparel like shirts, hats, pokemon belt buckle, a backpack, it doesn't matter. You could buy him a pokemon poster, a pokemon game, pokemon movie/tv show DVDs, pokemon deck sleeves, pokemon dice, whatever you want.

you can get the belt buckles at Hot Topic, of all places, right now. my daughter and i were in there the other day and i noticed them :)

there are tons of uber rare cards that range in price from $50 to over $10,000. like somebody else said before, how much are you wanting to spend. he also may like one of the harder to find deck boxes with the really cool art from Japan... what's his favorite pokemon?
 
Don't get him a "novelty" card unless he likes collecting the cards.

Honestly, don't even buy him A card. If you bought him anything TCG related, get a box in the format or something. Like a Rising Rivals box or whatever.
 
you know what id do, if he's really into the video games, is id try to get him to meet with Ken Sugimori, the illustrator for all the official pokemon drawings:smile:!
 
dont buy him anything pokemon! just u know... LOL. is there anything that he is in need of? think about it
 
Don't buy him Anime Seasons, Pokemon Shirts and Other kiddy pokemon acessories.
If's he likes cards buy him some old Rare, maybe he has a favourite pokemon. Buy him a card of it. Or maybe buy him one of your fav pokemons. If he played for a long time, i'm sure he'll be happy to get old cards.

Or you could always buy him someting not related to pokemon.
 
I like the phenoms idea except instead of just one of his favorite cards try to get a lot of them from different sets.
 
First thing first, dont give him something pokemon related if you want to show him that you love him. Recipe for a good gift, step 1: Go out for dinner, nice dinner. Step 2: Go to the cinema, take a walk in the park or anything else that is romantic. Step 3: success!
