Ok! so I'm a doofus. I didn't know who venusaur was or maybe I'd have figured it out! Yes, It was the perfect deck for the metagame even though I lost my first match with a lone pidgey against a turn one Joteon.! I was hoping an old pokedad like myself didn't have any enemies. At least I knew that 1337 refers to "elite" in the hacking world. I can laugh at myself. It was just weird he used my name with all of the other posts. Hey Venusaur, nice deck!
 
My, for a Pokedad, you're taking this kinda harshly. Venusaur did not mean anything more than playful 1337 joking, and neither did I :frown:

I apologize for offending you. It's not like I'm always snide, sarcastic, and cynical, just kiddin' :biggrin:

pwnage, I thought queendom was actually dead, but yeah I guess SMP loses to its counters which lose to Queendom so Queendom is apparently the right choice right now after the metagame shifted from SMP to SMP counters.

A triangle seems to be made like this:

SMP > Queendom
Queendom > Ludicargo
Ludicargo > SMP

With ZRE and Dark Ttar fitting somewhere along those lines.

At least you didn't lose with a T1 Larvitar 40 HP weak to Water against a Vaporeon. :nonono: :nonono: :nonono:

Oh so using the law of syllogism you can conclude that
If Queendom beats Ludicargo
and Ludicargo beats SMP then
Queendom beats SMP
If P then Q and if Q then R then If P then R
But that doesnt work in this synerio
HA! I have proven the law of Syllogism to be incorrect

Anyway enough about Geomety. It seems that the best deck right now is Queendom and ZRE in my opinion.

Agreed, Queendom can beat SMP as long as the player knows how to go against it, although the matchup can still be difficult.

BTW, for Casselberry CC, add this:

11-14
3rd- Omar I. (Ludicargo)
4th- Santiago (MetaNite)

nah, you an I both lost to it playing Queendom, you know it! Tho I have been practicing my ZRE mirror match against Papazit_canada.....after nine matches, he won 5-4 lol *sighs*
I'll make a list of what deck won how many times just for kicks (15+ only tho)

Things can work, depending on 1) Player, 2) Deck Build. I'm surprised that Eeveelution is doing rather well, Cities are indeed getting pretty interesting.

It is. It is. I cant wait too see a "dead" deck like dragtrode or somthing win citys.
 
i would not be surprised to see these decks win some cities pretty soon:

-Eeveelution
-Dragtrode
-Rocklock

BF usage is at an all-time low, thanks to smp and queen, so trode and RL can easily win there. however, eeveelution wins based on it's flexibilty and speed. how many ppl have reported a t1 loss from an -eon ko? 2 many. i think ppl should see the light on this deck; it's really, really good. it speeds out of t2 power locks, preys on a lot of popular basics (pidgey, slugma, lotad), has fairly good matchups against popular decks, and can be built in many ways to abuse the metagame. if u can build it right, eeveelution can be the next big deck.

I still haven't played against Eeveelution...which Eeveelutions does it play? A combination of the ex's and deltas or are they separate?

from experience, a standard pokemon lineup would PROBABLY look like this:

4 Eevee UF
2 Vaporeon UF
2 Jolteon UF
2 Flareon UF
2 Espeon ex
2 Ditto RG

don't QUOTE me on that, that's the line-up i tested, and is very solid. delta versions suk, but the ex's are worth considering, seeing their splashing capabilities. *coughOregoncough* The list really does depend on player preferences until we get a concrete decklist in the threads somewhere.
 
Odd...it doesn't seem like it would work...does it use Strength Charm and Multi Energy for a OHKO? ex. Active Eevee, attach Multi to get Eeveelution of your weakness, attach Charm, KO...
