My son cleaned up quite a few decks and dusted them off for the CC in Oshawa Ontario, and took an Eeveelution deck with Lugia and won 15+. It doesn't run Espeon. It's fast and does a good job.
 
Lugia ex. 200 damage when powered. Easy to power up too. Most times in a couple turns. I think if I was an opponent sitting across from a guy with a powered up Lugia ex, I'd be a bit concerned. He did very well.
