Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Who Here Works Out

I have a Gym Membership, and manage to use it 5 days a week or everyday at the most while you're going to play for college ball soon. Being forced to workout 3-5 hours a day is really tough but you'll eventually get used to it. If you're in football, I bet you're probably going through the same thing I'm guessing.

Here's my routine:

Sunday: Break
Monday: 2 hour run, 1 hour sprint(s), 1 hour cardio, 1/2 hour stretch
Tuesday: 2 hour weight lifting/Squats/Push-Ups/etc..., 1 hour light jog
Wednesday: 3 hour swim, 1 hour jog, half an hour lunges and sprints
Thursday: 1 hour ab workouts, 1-2 hours weight lifting, 30 minutes hard long distant running, 1 hour balance.
Friday: 2 hour run, 1 hour side/back/jumping while running workouts, 20 set of 100 meter sprints.
Saturday: 1 hour jog, 30 minutes quick twitch weight lifting

I find it very suprising with that much hard excersice on your body you only rest 1 day I would think 2 at the least. And an hour for "ab" workouts seems like alot whileing only doing it once a week seems like not enough

Yeah, there really isn't too much to eat. Either fried crap, pizza, random gross meal for the day, and a sandwich station. I thankfully hate soda though so that isn't an issue, and drink water constantly. I think the new plan for me is to eat pb&j for breakfast with whatever fruit i can scrounge up, salad for lunch, and then a tuna wrap/sandwich for dinner.

You live on your college campus then.....I know when I was in school, we had a student center that was free to use by students as long as they had an ID. Does your school have something like that? We also had a bike path behind one of the sets of dorms. If your school has something like that, I'd utilize it. Also, if you're able to, you can likely get off your meal plan if the food doesn't fit your diet. I know I did that, even though I still lived in the dorms. I prepared all of my stuff in my room, saved a ton of money, and was healthier overall.

Yeah I live on campus, unfortunately there are no sorts of bike paths or anything. I've basically started eating with less frequency there, and when I do its still just sandwiches and none of the fried stuff. I do work out at the weight room at the school though. There's no other option for me, I'm stuck on the meal plan for the rest of the year. I get 14 'swipes' a week and usually use about 7 or 8 haha

You just have to work harder at campus meal centers. I cut 6 lbs in a month with a change of diet and reduced caloric intake, eating three-four times a day at campus cafeterias. It can be done, you just have to come in with a plan and think before you put the food in your face.

I follow my plan as best I can. It just sucks not being able to eat the way I do at home over summer, which is a lot better than what I have to work with at school. I haven't gained weight or anything so that's good at least.
