with the new expansion. for sure there will be one, a Blue Mage class, I believe that one more will be introduced as well, and ive got a theory that most likely it might be a Geomancer class, but could be something else.
 
My brother said there would be a dancer job... and something else... i don't remember. He said they would only be unlockable by people with 60+ jobs. I hope that he's wrong... BLUE MAGE!!!! WOOTY WOOT WOOT!

dancer i hadnt heard, nor did i remember from the list of ones that havent been used yet, but thats possible too. the original report I read on it was guessing there'd be 3 new jobs
 
They have too many melee jobs. More mage jobs are needed to increase variety. like I said, I was a blm/whm... nothing really works too well with blm other than whm, and I HATED lvling whm.

BST was fun! that was the only "hidden" job I opened. I had no desire for the other jobs.

61 Dragoon... can sub Warrior or White Mage (both 36 >.>), and I'm slowly working on Ninja (24) Thief (25) Black Mage (25) Red Mage (29) and Samurai (16) subs.. slowly but surely. other 'n that I have everything unlocked except Bard.. <.<

Anyone one on Unicorn? o_O Finding Unicorn ppl is hard to spot XD. all well I'm now 57 Rdm/Blm and now I'm lvling up Whm for Rdm and It's kinda Pain in the Butt going throught the Dunes again
(( we call it on Unicorn Noobie Land)) XD I can't wait to get my Rdm Hat ^.^v Two more lvls to go
to get it

Yeah Same here..you just want to go Carzy. XD I have to go there hmm Maybe 3 more Times. For War. Drg and Brd. Maybe Pld. I don't know yet.. the Best part of it.. I just Grab the Inestin Warp for the CP ppl and Warp my Self out of there, After I'm done lvling, I never set my HP there. or I'll be suck there til 20

I'll guss I'll go back there on Brd. when my Best Friend. Starts the game,,to help her get through the
dunes and get her Sub/job Items,.


BLM/RDM is a very good combo,, they can get Fast Cast when they hit Blm30/ Rdm15
Right now my Friends are pushing my Cousin to lvl up his Rdm for his Blms,
and they are pushing me to lvl my Whm or my Rdm ... >.< lol

I don't have much of an issue with the Dunes. It's easily PL'ed if you really dont' want to put up with sheer idiocy. I normally find that end of Qufim -> start of Yuhtunga (not Yhoator, just the 1st one) is the worst (notice I have 3 jobs festering at 25). I strongly dislike the 23 -> 27 phase. Nothing particularly efficient to XP off.. although I guess Yuhtunga Mandies could be really good 23-24, the marauding Goblins would really ruin those parties' chances.

I need to finish the Dunes on Samurai still, and maybe Ranger if I ever bother to level it past 7... and then also for Dark Knight, then I'll be out of there for good (I'm gonna solo Paladin to 20~! PLD is so fun).
 
My first few times through Valkurm I didn't mind it much, but I can't stand it now that I've taken umm... 11 jobs through it.

As far as unlocking the new jobs go, I don't think you'll have to be level 60 neccessarily, but I think you'll have to be far enough into the new expanion's storyline to be able to get to the NPC that starts the quest for you.

Still haven't seen you Lordshadelon, but I've been looking. My playtime has been limited recently. You just make sure you let me know if you need any help with anything...I get bored sometimes.
 
I'm on from time to time whenever my goddaughter will leave me alone long enough for me to get on to the computer. That will change of course after I get the PS2 version, just because I'm tired of not being able to play alot because my goddaughter likes dragging me off to spend time with me. I guess she does have good reason. Since her father died I'm the closest she has to a father. Anyway, I'm usually around San d'Oria to La Theine Plateau. That's where I usually stick to while waiting for pt invites. And most of the time these days I seem to only be able to get on around sometime after 11:00 pm or so. Again will change after I get the PS2 version.
