That's losing 2 Prize Cards up front just to set up one attack.
The Blastoise-Cofagrigus combo still sounds good, although it can really only be used once or twice, while BK Ballista can keep being used as long as you can keep finding energy, and would still make Blastoise a valuable choice. The possibility of Rayquaza is there too.
Would anyone want to help throw together a rudimentary decklist?
