Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

WINNER INFO: Annual Midnight Mutant Booster Draft @Worlds Sat. 8/16

I have packed a box of Jungle. Most of it should be used by my wife, 2 sons that are going, & myself (assuming i stay awake that long).

Had a blast in '06 so this should be a blast also. If i stay awake.
 
Typically its in the trading room, or another room next to it, we will put a notice up for players when we determine
where.

We always make an announcement in the trading room when we start registration so players know where we are holding it.
 
Ok we have determined a time for this event.

Given the fact the grinder ended before 8pm and there are less players in the main event, I am hoping the main event ends way before 8pm on Saturday. Sooooooooooooo.........

The Registration time for the Mutant Draft will be 9:30pm and 10:30pm Start time.

Please keep this in mind, should the Main event run up to 9:30pm then the Mutant Draft wil move ONE HOUR later for Registration time.

We will post this announcment in the "open gaming" room.
 
The Mutant Draft was sooooooo awesome!!

118 players, a small mess, carpet cleaning between reg and deck construction, 118 players, Spookees, Plusle_Minun_Rule, DFB, BJJ, and myself as staff, 20 min matches, and a final that had more people watch than the World's Finals!!!! Well maybe not that many, but there was a bunch there.

DID I MENTION 118 PLAYERS!?!?!?!?!?
 
haha so much for old school cards...everything I opened was hp-on and useless (double whammy)
bye round 1 and loss round 2 = sadness....

Ya very nice one King of Piglets. :) Right in the middle of registration, the "incident" didn't happen where i was doing registration so they allowed us to stay while they shampooed the carpet. Ewwwww!


CONGRATS to MAGIC MEW, (Dillon) from Oregon. He was the Mutant Draft 2008 winner at 3 o'clock in the morning!

Thank you Pokegym for once again having some awesome prizes for all of the players.
Thank you to the awesome Mutant Draft Staff not only did they work all day for the World Championship but then volunteered to help out till 3am (knowing they have to get up at 6am) THANK YOU SO MUCH, because of you this event ran smoothly!

The Draft was awesome xD
My Draw was pretty good, I had a bye and then won 2 Rounds, and then i wandered around in the room and watched some guys playing a crazy cardgame, it was awesome.
Unfortunatly It was so awesome that I didn't noticed that the next round had already started and got dropped :/ But anyways, I god a Gym Dice, trated a few "Sonderbonbons" away and it was just fun xD.
Gonan bring a Binder full of Sonderbonbon next Year I guess xD
