I'd suggest doing it somewhere somewhat outside, as the sunlight really does rejuvenate you. I found that when your really trying to stay up for asinine lengths of time that you get "second winds" a lot, and go into periods where you just want to pass out. Sunlight usually brings about the second wind, as if your body is conditioned to be awake during the day. Also consider playing a donk deck, cause nothing wakes you up and gets you excited and alive like a turn one kill
