Worlds 2011 Day 2 thread

I want to know where Cohen came from to be 3-0. I remember him flopping hard at Nats and Worlds last year in his first year in masters after taking 2nd in Sr's. Where did he come from. Nice to see Fulop at 2-1 also.

Josh (JWittz) is now 4-0
 
So just checking I'm keeping up.

  • They're on Round 4
  • Everyone's playing 7 Rounds
  • We don't know what's winning
  • The US is doing disproportionately well
  • Everyone posting is rooting for players from their own country

... Right?

yup US had 6 players at 4-0. a strong showing indeed. now if only someone can breakdown what decks are doing well and what arent...
 
I wasn't entirely serious about everyone wanting their own country to do well :p

Yamato's a legend, who would want to see him 0-7?!

And srsly they're going to be done by, what, 7pm? Wonder if this is thanks to a refreshed judge staff from the slimmed down LCQ?
