Whether or not your opponent is the queen of england, a simple cut prevents basically all stacking attempts.
Shuffling and cutting over superstition of losing... Im going to take this as superstition of the opponent being a cheater. A cut against a fair opponent makes no difference (essentially). A cut against a cheating opponent makes it fairer. Win/Win.
Cutting every time prevents cheating.
Pile shuffling is over the top. But, doing a 5-8 second shuffle can sometimes not sufficiently randomize the deck.
The logic in these two points are mainly what i'm getting at. How do you determine if something is a stacker/cheater? You can't, unless they tell you - anything else is superstition (your eighth point). Solution? Cut every time. Shuffle when randomization is needed (i.e after shuffling 5 energy into your deck)
If you only choose to shuffle/cut certain players' decks, then that could be seen as rude. If you shuffle/cut everyones deck the same, you are treating all your opponents fairly and equally; the opposite of being rude.

5. figuring out someones a stacker/cheater, and shuffling their deck to make it fair, is fine
6. shuffling everyone's deck like their a stacker/cheater (even people you know personally), is not fine
