I like these changes because it syncs us up with Japan. Pokemon Catcher will be one of the few tails fails cards we have, so I don't mind it. Professor Juniper/Professor Sycamore makes sense. The 1st turn rule will be interesting, especially if it allows Stage 2s to work again.

How I feel about this change really depends on how the X and Y sets will be. If they make Stage 2s stronger than basics than this will be an interesting change, especially if cards like Ditto BCR are (still) in the format. Pokemon Catcher's change is sort of weird because it becomes (one of?)...
