well I've played a deck like this and I ran into tons of consistency issues. such as not having energy and running into topdeck mode too quick. Playing meta game decks i almost never got the chance to get a burning tale off. setting up 2 stage 2 pokemon is slow slow slow. It works better for me...

if your looking for something new to try with the deck, try taking out the whole typhlosion line and play around with adding in another nintails, an uxie or two, and more trainers/supporters. maybe try SSU or interviewers question for more energy consistency.

Having 3 types of stage 2 pokemon in your deck seems like it would be painfully slow to set up. maybe boost your rare candy count to 4 and possibly consider Spiritomb AR for faster setup.
