What are you doing if your oppenent takes the first prize(s) before you set-up and is able to revenge kill every single time you kill his active? That's very likely going to happen, so the lock ends up pointless.

I'd go for some Communications if I was you... without them you might have some problems to draw into your Empoleons. In addition due to having to swarm the Empos I'd rather try to play 2 Prinplup, again for consistency. That are the most important changes I think...

Sharpedo's to weak in these times, as Ampiobom is too. You need a constant attacker, that doesn't rely on locking the oppenent. For meall this basic pokelons are just perfect for a deck like this. You need fast and cheap attackers, that can survive at least for two turns to keep up with prizes...
