You might need Dialga though if you can't stop things like Mewtwo and Nidoqueen. I would run like 2-1 Dialga and 1-1 Palkia.

BTS is a stadium and helps speed up the deck since you can evolve the moment you bring out a basic Pokemon.

How much are Rare Candy's normally worth? I know some are more expensive than others but what would the cheapest one be?

What are the exact rules for rotated cards? Say GE gets rotated, does that mean I can't use any Rare Candy from GE and I have to strictly use the POP ones or can I still use the GE ones since POP8 is still in rotation?

I would take out the 3 Bertha's Warmth for 3 Power Sprays. No point in healing if you're going to PokeTurn and Lost Cyclone.

I think you should throw in a Palkia G to protect your Turtwig's weakness.
