Keep those eviolite in, they are invaluable in keeping your terraks out there, even with tool scrapper being played. Cilan can be very helpful but it means you lose some consistency as you will be missing some draw supporters that will probably net you enough energy anyway, maybe you could drop...

I think rescue scarf is good to get your Altaria back quickly but to add them in i'd probably have to drop 2 tool scrapper which are invaluble in some matchups. 2 super rod usually work fine.

I think there will be a few viable ways to play this deck so only through testing will you find the list that suits your play style the most. I will have to wait until the Dragon scans go online to try things out. My initial idea for this deck is slightly different than the above list. 4-3-4...

The reshiram idea sounds good, i only have the Vanilluxe line as my attackers so i rely heavily on getting 2 set up as well as a Vileplume. I also use Teddiursa from call of legends to help get the trainer lock up quickly.
