I am a fan of running a couple of :psychic: energy, no more than 3, and a couple of energy search or Cilan. The reason being that if you lose the blend energy, due to a hammer or more probably Garchomp, you can at least attack with Sigilyph or Hydregion should the need arise. My current build...
