2010-11 rotation announced!

Its still a bit odd that Pop 8/9 is rotated...by my memory Pop 8 was released alongside LA...

Oh well...too bad I guess.

Just chill I mean we still have close to 3 months and 2 VERY big events left this Season so why not focus on them and then worry when the deadline gets close.

And keep claydol in? That doesn't seem likely. It seems very intentiol to me that they linked those cards with their set. They just wanted to get those cards to the players, not keep them in the format.

I think Uxie Lv.X's price will sky-rocket, certainly. But the soaring price of Lux Lv.X (I like to call it Rayflation) I don't think can really compare to any price of a modified card for years (ish).

Rocket's Persian way way long ago had the same issue, nothing ever came from it, so he was essentially a useless card...then again, no one ever played it to my knowledge, especially since the whole TRR Pokes were gone by that rotation/format. Sure is funny how people complain about cards not having their previous evos so they're unplayable when either very few or none play them in the first place...

On a brighter side, odds are that there will be a Porygon and Porygon 2 released sometime between now and next May if you're really a Porygon Z devotee; Rocket's Persian suffered in that it evolved from a corresponding card (Rocket's Meowth) that was released 3 sets before it, so when the format back then went to Deoxys-On, it killed off all the Rocket's Pokemon except for the few scattered Rocket's EXs, and Persian was one that was evolved unfortunately. Porygon Z Promo and Z Lv X however, are not tied to a specific faction, so it's conceivable that if/when they release a new Porygon and Porygon2, they'll become playable again.
 
This must be a pretty hard decision for the OP so I'm wondering why keep any DP sets but I guess they only wanted to kill 3 sets and now no muore DP dusknoir, DP magnezone, some other cards other people mentioned, UNOWN G...

Meta = Machamp/Uxie, SP, maybe Donphan, Thats it.

I sure hope so man, cause I had 2 wins and 3 losses in the battle roads 2 weeks ago, and there is no way I am parting with it now:frown:

In fact, I am surprised that they did not released porygon and porygon2 already since porygon2 is from johto

BTW which empoleons are legal now?

I just realized!3 of the top 4 decks are now less playable to the fact that they may not be the best anymore.
Cursegar- Loses Claydol draw

Gyrados- Loses Felicity's Drawing and Lunatune

Jumpluff- Also loses Claydol draw

And more decks too!

Palkia Lock,Beedrill,Stallgon and more.

The way I see it. The top 4 will look something like this:

Luxchomp
Machamp Variants
Donphan
And some other SP variant

This is just my idea.

About the Porygons Remember,this is a MD-On format. Run a 3-1-2-2 Garchomp LV.X to restore your discarded Porygon-Z. Then play Porygon LV.X. Very hard to set-up, but still useable...barely. So time for me to build PoygonChomp-Z!

There's also the promo Porygon-Z.

EDIT: Oh, just noticed there is only one Porygon and Porygon2...
 
I love how everyone was complaining how bad a PL-On format was going to be, and now that the format is MD-On, everyone is complaining about that. POP can't win.
