I think that was the only way to portray my feelings towards it. I guess I could have said I am thankful for the patriotic responce that came of something so tragic. I am sorry if I offended anyone.

I don't agree with the whole thank God it happened, but I do remember that time of unity and patriotism right after the attacks. That feeling has never left me... I am very proud to be an American. 9/11 is the reason I got involved in politics. It happened when I was a freshman in high school and it really made me start paying attention to things.

I am still waiting for that evidence Bin Laden was involved in which Condeleeza Rice said their was evidence that directly points to him being involved.

I am still waiting for them to find Bin Laden, if the Jahova Witnesses can find you sitting up in a tree in the mountains then the government can find 1 lone man.

Heck I am still waiting for evidence to see that connection with Saddam Hussein.

So freedom is being defended?

How has these people threatened YOUR Freedom in this country? You dont go outside in fear of seeing a jet or ground troops waving an Iraqi flag do you?



I dont see these countries sending fighter jets over here just for the heck of it trying to take land, no but the U.S. will.


Most of you is living blindly about whats really going on with our own country.

This country provides freedom of speech so you can say stuff like that. Your allowed to wonder and speculate. But if you are so convinced the the govt is out to trick you. Why do you live here? Why do you reap the benifits of our govt. when you question thier integrity? But still this thread was ment for those who lost thier lives. So I think we should stick to that. Set up or not innocent Americans died and we will forever remember that.

I think that you should start a new thread for was 9/11 set up you are insulting those lives lost. Let us pay tribute to those braves souls. As serious as a Pokemon thread can be lets make it that.
 
I work in Washington, DC.

I remember watching the first plane fly into the WTC on the news just before 9:00 am.

I saw the smoke rise in the distance from the Pentagon strike, as I sat in a shuttle bus, stuck in the gridlock at circa 9:30.

I will never forget...
 
About Bin Laden? He came out and said that he planned the WTC. Twice. The first time in a recording made three days before 9/11. The second about a week afterwards, when he admitted that he was as shocked as anybody that the towers fell.

There was no connection to Hussein. It's been well documented that Bin Laden and Hussein hated each other.

When we attacked Afghanistan, yes. We were protecting our freedom from persecution. The whole world saw that, and helped us in every way possible.

When we attacked Iraq, not really. Hussein had been a "threat" ever since we put him in power over 40 years ago. Why wait until now? Two explanations: Daddy's Little War, and oil tycoons.

As far as the government creating 9/11? Nope, it didn't happen. Osama Bin Laden was the mastermind behind 9/11. He freely admitted it twice. Stop beating a dead horse.
 
Heres the thing also, from what we know of the media. Everyone from Al Quaida/Taliban has admitted junk they were never involved in, this after the military going into Afghanistan, they taking credit for things they didnt do including the bombings of civilians, downing of helicopters, anything else.

We like to believe Bin Laden was responsible after him saying that, it dont mean its true given their track record.
 
Ummm... completely different situation...

The two Bin Laden tapes were recorded three days before 9/11 and about a week after. Not during the military invasion of Afghanistan. There was precious little military involvement in that country before 9/11, and it took over a month to decide to actually deploy troops there, even after the official declaration of "War on Terror", whatever that means...
 
let suppose 9/11 wasnt inside job, lets suppose it was really passenger planes that hit those buildings.

Why wasnt anything done anyway? I recall back about 2-3 years ago the government knew this was going to happen, they were warned ahead of time of it, least according to the media and everyone else.

No matter which way you look at it, the Government is to blame just as much for it.

The Media is something I dont put any faith in either.
 
There was a special last night on the History Channel. It was amazing. Very moving. Twas' a very sad event. I can still remember.... R.I.P.
 
I'm not saying that the USG doesn't hold some of the blame.

But you can't say either that they were the instigators, the masterminds, or that they planned for 9/11 to happen. Cuz it just ain't true.
 
from what I have seen from the government over the years, we dont know its not true either.

from what I have seen from the evidence which is alot of it now, I beginning to wonder if these were even terrorist to begin with. Looks more like holograms fit ontop of a missle if you ask me, the whole Pentagon thing proves it, a hole smaller then what a boeing would be.



The whole taking over the plane with boxcutters is complete garbage to, theirs 2-3 of them with box cutters, and theirs 70 of you sitting around, you think people with boxcutters is going to hijack a plane like that? I dont.

They have a program on Showtime about certain, somewhat hard to believe things, and it is properly named to support the topics...
Be warned, as it does have some foul language, but it is probably the same (for the most part) of what people think about conspiracy theorists like yourself.

People have watched your video to see your side, I think it\'s only fair you watch my video to see ours.

I don't really see how "time flies" like people say. I barely remember my reactions and stuff to that... Sorry... I'm just being honest. It seems like it was a really long time ago.
