I believe PUI notifies you ASAP when you've been suspended. Figuring out why or when you're off is a different story, though.

get a TO or PTO to help you out to see if your on the Banned Suspended list. and also you can not edit your profile when you are banned.

MOST OF THE TIME POP will email you about it. And tell you why, but not all the time. When I got suspended I got no notification about it, a PTO actually told me about it. I really think they should atleast contact you.
