Best overall player of 2006 (15+ = Jeremy, T4 twice in a row? 'nuff said) (11-14, Bobby M) (10-, the japanese player that won worlds, I can't ssem to remeber his name.)

Best Deck of 2006 = QueenDom (it may not have had as many top placings as BLS, but it did better @ worlds, + it was way more consistant + it was never metagamed out)

Best Event of 2006 = Outside of worlds+nats = grinder just because of the sheer numbers

Best Deck builder = Pooka and E4

Biggest News Story of 2006 = Jeremy T4 twice in a row @ worlds

Best card art of 2006 = Politoed Ex

Best Set of 2006 = Delta Species

I agree with Spinach on that point, i don't think that best PTO would be a good idea.

Really??
I was more worried about it the other way around: people getting hot and heavy over who the best player is.
Those PTOs don't usually sling too much mud.
At least not in public. I'm not counting the Judge mud-wrestling event that took place on Sunday afternoon on worlds, since that was for charity and it was Jell-O pudding and not mud...

The guy's 20-1 for cities, with three titles. He may be ranked lower than Pablo, but he has a much better win percentage against VERY good opponents.

He won a TMB.

The "Would you like to debate that" part was a joke (Note the XD at the end). It's a thread on opinion and results. I'm supporting Martin, as well as I'm glad we finally have a World Champion we can respect, but there's also a National Champion.
