I expect the cards left out to show up next set; any more of a delay increases that risk for "rotation" issues. Still, since Plasma Gale looks great already, I kind of wonder why they didn't insert the filler into that set, since it was a smaller set. That just seems like better balance.

This set isn't the best set I agree, but I don't know about you guys but this set is gonna make Pre-Releases fun, like using Potion, Great Ball, and other stuff. I know its not fun after the Pre-Release but I think its gonna be fun, I might not buy any packs of these, but I got a free pass to this Pre-Release so I'm not complaining. And who knows, all the scans aren't here yet. Who knows, they might put a catcher reprint in the set but I highly doubt it.
Had a pretty good time at the prereleases today. Played with cards I normally wouldn't have. The venipede line with a rocky helmet was nice, as well as lopunny and the heal 60 from all pokemon move.

Is it me or is Black Kyurem nonEX kinda really good? Blend Energy accessible, Dynamotor accessible, not quite Heavy Ball accessible (not a major), and easily obtained through theme deck. Pretty beastly IMO. A solid 100 for a mere discarding of 1 Energy. OHKO any Dragon (even the mighty Rayquaza EX). Not as good as others perhaps, but it'll find its place.

Black Kyurem would also work w/ Blastoise, as your toolbox Ray counter. Can't do that w/ little Ray.

I'd rather run the secret rare kyurem from dragon vault. The spread damage is helpful.

I was actually thinkin working a fun "bad deck" with Blastoise/Golduck(90 damage 2 W) Black Kyruem.

I am more interested in the Amnesia attack; the damage may not be high enough, but otherwise I had a fun Bibarel deck with a soft-lock using its version of Amnesia. The big problem was powering up Bibarel quickly enough. The lower damage of Golduck's Amnesia might not work, however.
